First time here and definitely not the last! Came with my bestie for the Margaritas and Minis! Sooooo much fun!

Very dissatisfied, I usually prefer to go to Gettysburg. I went with a group and unfortunately one out of our group was running late. We were told the doors would be locked and she would not be allowed in. She traveled over 45 min to get there. Wben we asked if there were any exceptions and explained the person had travled a distace the peson heading the group rolled her eyes and was bitchy about it and expressed that it was on her and she said "she needed better time management ". We were also told with an attitude that if we chose to leave they would be charging us a $10 fee to rebook!! Wow that's great customer service!!! I totally get that things have to go on time but I feel like this situation could have been handled totally different. What happened to customer service!?!

Scheduled a workshop with my friends, one of which had a 45 minute drive, unfortunately with traffic, she was running late...the girls running the workshop were rude both verbally and body language when asked for any type of accomadations....after being told the doors would be locked we all decided to leave the workshop that had just started at 12:50!! We were told that they have a schedule to keep, well they surly weren't doing so by starting 20 min. Late!! I will find it really hard to go back to this location.....will stick to Westminster!!

What a wonderful time we had both times we have come, the staff is so wonderful and helpful. If you want to plan a great girls night, bridal shower or just a family day this is definitely the place. Bring snacks, beverages and have lots of fun and laughs with good friends and family!

Staff was amazing. Tried the new penn state designs. There was an issue with the decal (not their fault). Staff worked hard to fix it and was super apologetic despite it being an accident and not anything they did wrong. Will definitely go back.

Had so much fun with my mom! I made a tray and it turned out great. The staff is very helpful amd even offers complimentary drinks. I would suggest for a girls day, husband and wife bonding, or a parent and child day.
