I scheduled a sight & sound trip with Bob Mann a few years ago but we needed to cancel because of covid. Bob was so kind and helpful in making sure we received a refund. This year we tried again and Bob remembered our group and thar we couldn't make it because of covid.

This year we made it and working with Bob was amazing! He made everything clear from the very beginning. Before the trip he let me know what to expect. I was able to communicate everything to my group and it all went as planned. I would definitely recommend working with Bob Mann Tours!

Be careful using Bob Mann Tours. He outsources his buses. The driver was aggressive and he scheduled to many groups on the same trip at the same time which the establishment could not accommodate in a timely manner delaying our trip.
