Philly Bowtie Tours - THANK YOU for creating an amazing historical Philadelphia experience for my group! David was so easy to work with in scheduling and confirming our 3 hour private tour (with 6 people). I recently visited Philadelphia for the first time to attend the Army - Navy game. Starting with a historical Philadelphia tour was perfect! Andrew was quick to assess our group and identify the casual observer looking for the great photo opportunities; to the serious history buff interested in all the details. Andrew managed the group with precision and adjusted the tour as needed. Most people think the history of Philadelphia starts with the Declaration of Independence; yet Andrew put in to perspective (and how important) the formative years of Philadelphia and how the 13 Colonies got to the First Continental Congress. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Philly Bowtie Tours for Philadelphia touring interests. The options offered are amazing. There is something for everyone.

Our family of 6 took the Independence Tour with Kyle. He was intuitive about whatwe wanted to hear and learn about, and engaging for all ages (kids are 9-14 years old). I loved how he kept the tour focused on 6 of the founding fathers and kept drawing the historical stories back to those 6 to keep the kids engaged and involved and focused without being overwhelming with too much info. He gave us a couple of especially passionate and enthusiastic dramatized quotings of historical passages which we loved. He took extra time with us on the tour because we were so engaged in the stories. We loved every second and learned so much. Thanks for going over and above on our tour! We loved it!

My tour guide ( Brian I believe) was a History teacher with 27 years of experience and he was incredible the entire time. It was clear he was extremely passionate about the subject and the city and could answer all of my questions in depth and in an interesting way. I would highly recommend

We enjoyed an amazing tour a couple of weeks ago! Very interesting insights into the history of the United States and Philadelphia. Our tour guide Kyle was awesome - very enthusiastic about sharing his amazing knowledge in a way that we almost felt like we were part of the historic scene itself!. Definitely recommended ! We booked the Rocky Tour and David was really a nice guide. Have seen all important Rocky Locations and we were really lucky in Lambert St. (where Rocky's House was in Part II). There we met the woman who lives in the house where rocky washed his dog butkus. She showed us private photos from Sly, it was really nice. Thank you David, it was a fantastic tour

Our tour guide was Tom, an 8th grade history teacher from Westchester. He was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable and gave us several details and stories in addition to what was scripted. I highly recommend Bowtie Tours and Tom in particular. You will not be disappointed!
