I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful inn, and I was truly impressed by the attention to detail in every corner. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness by everyone I encountered. This gem is located in a quaint little town, seemingly in the middle of nowhere, which only adds to its charm.

The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of the stay. I especially enjoyed their “Plowing Potato” for supper, which was absolutely delicious! I’ve shared some photos to highlight the gorgeous details the owners have put into this place.

I’m already hoping to return someday!

Visited the restaurant and dinner and it was fantastic! The cheeseburger was juicy and well seasoned. They grilled my onions for me. Yay! Onion petals are a fantastic appetizer. The ranch is really good. Hubby had the Chef salad and it is huge! Very well priced for serving sizes and for fresh good quality food. Service was great! The homemade dessert looked decadent and delicious but we were so full we did not get any. Nice to have this place in our small town!!
Note - we did not stay in a room here but I have heard great things about them regarding how nice, comfortable, and quiet they are.

Noiest hotel we have ever been in. Set up like assisted living with regrestration being in the center. All halls have exit doors that are allowed open all night long. All night construction workers, farm, Slamed that door. The noise amplified by the non carpeted floors. An then was the loud voices resonating from the lobby. At 8 the fire alarm went off. Addressing the same person whom checked us in, asking that same person for a quite room.i expressed my discontent.

It blows my mind that a hotel THIS NICE appeared and I went two years without knowing it. If you are doing work in the area, are coming through to see family, or are in De Witt for any reason and need a place to stay - This hotel is better than a brand new Holiday Inn. The prices are great, the restaurant has great food. 5/5 all around.

The hotel is nice and decorated in a cute rustic way. The beds are pretty comfortable and it is pretty clean. The staff is friendly. There are however several things that could be improved.

The main thing is there is no sound proofing. We can hear people talking in the lobby from our room on the far end of the hallway. We can also hear every line of the movie playing next door and every sneeze, cough, and alarm from any of the rooms around us. Doesn't make for great sleep.

Then there are several small things that could be different to make it a nicer place to stay. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. There is only one set of curtains/ no blinds so you either have light and no privacy, or privacy and no light in the room. There is generally not enough lighting in the rooms.

Breakfast is okay, but nothing to write home about. However, there aren't a lot of other options in this town.

Had to stay here for a funeral and we were very impressed. Clean and friendly place with a very nice little breakfast as well. The only knock would be the hardwood floors which seem to carry noise. Overall an A-plus!

My husband and I were pleased with the impeccable service we received at Boyd Farmhouse Inn. The staff is friendly, accommodating and willing to help with a smile. The rooms are extremely clean, cozy and nice decor - the cocktails and food is excellent!. Kudos to the General Manager (Chandler) and ALL staff for making our stay pleasant and welcoming; a true sample of exceptional southern hospitality…

Absolutely love this hotel! I stay here every time i come down to visit family. The staff is beyond friendly and super helpful. Rooms are always nice and clean, super homey feeling!
