We used Exchange for a retirement party and the entire experience was just phenomenal. The service, management (Charles & Hannah), wait staff was very friendly and personable, food and snacks were great, atmosphere, everything was top shelf. Just what we wanted. From the time we walked in, until we left, I could not ask for a better experience, and spot to have a party like we had… Everyone of our guests enjoyed themselves and gave us thumbs up as well. Took lots of pictures. We will not forget our party and our afternoon spent at the Exchange. Thanks to all that made my wife’s retirement that much more fun and exciting.

I have had two events at The Exchange Stables Room and the experience was wonderful!! Hannah and Charles were easy to communicate with and answered any questions that we had. The service was excellent during the events, the facility itself was just the right atmosphere, and the food was very good as well. Thank you for your time and hospitality.

We had our office Christmas party at the exchange. Many of our staff said that it was the best Christmas party ever. So we decided to have our family Christmas dinner at the Exchange. The meal was five star and the service was even better. Thanks to Charles and Hannah for making great Christmas memories for my family and my work family. They were exceptional and handed all of the details.

I booked the Tavern Room at the Exchange in New Albany several weeks in advance. Hannah and Charles communicated with me every step of the way and offered much helpful advice. On the evening of our event, Charles there was to greet me and offered his assistance. We had two servers who did an excellent job getting drinks for our guests and cleaning tables. The food was outstanding. I had so many people tell me how good it was. The selection of beer and wine was also excellent. Everyone had a fabulous time and I was highly pleased with every aspect including the value of the final cost of the evening. Highly recommended!!!

We reserved the Stables room at The Exchange for our daughter’s engagement luncheon. The service was impeccable and the food was fresh and delicious. The private bar is a definite advantage when booking this room. Our entire party would highly recommend this venue.

We had my daughter’s wedding shower at Exchange in the Tavern room which was great for this event. Charles and Hannah were a pleasure to work with and met all my needs to make this occasion a success. The Servers during the shower, Brook and Sara, were so responsive and helpful. We received many compliments on the location, the food and the service during our event. Thank you to all!

It is a privilege to leave a 5 star review for Hannah, Charles, and The Exchange! I’d give them more stars if I could. From the tasting at the beginning of the process, the constant contact leading up to the wedding, to the cleanup at the end, they were wonderful!! Best of all, the food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests. Please, if you are considering catering for an event, give The Exchange your business card. And, if you’re looking for dinner out, their restaurant if great, too. Thank you Hannah, Charles, and The Exchange for helping to make my daughter’s wedding so special!

Charles and all the folks at The Exchange were phenomenal in working with me to make our event absolutely spectacular! The food was delicious and arranged so perfectly. Our guests raved about the delicious “snacks” and returned to the buffet line multiple times until everything had been gobbled up! I can’t recommend them more! Thoroughly satisfied and would do it exactly the same if I had to do it all again!
