We recently booked a trip for my elderly parents needing wheelchair assistance for both, there was a problem with the plane on their return trip and had to spend a night on a layover for the next day. The airline was going to send them on a shuttle to a motel, they would have been on their own in a very hectic situation, Brando knew about it before we did and had multiple options before the plane landed. We picked the best option and they were taken care of from there on for the rest of their trip and were able to stay right at the airport. We were able to get ahold of them at the last possible moment while they were sitting in wheelchairs by the curb outside the airport by themselves. Brando literally saved the day for us. Third time we have used Brando for a travel agent and we have been more than pleased every time, he was in contact with us to the very end, thank you very much!

Thank you Brando for planning our Maui honeymoon for us! It was an amazing, unforgettable experience! Anyone looking to book a vacation, I would definitely recommend Brando. He was able to get us a bunch of discounts, saving us a lot of money, and I didn't have to stress about how to book everything because he did all the booking for us- our hotel, airline tickets, rental car, activities. He printed out all our tickets, confirmations, and vouchers for us, and even gave us a list of inexpensive, moderately priced, and fine dining restaurants to give us ideas of where we wanted to eat. His knowledge of the travel industry and the contacts he has in the industry allow him to provide excellent services. Why stress yourself out trying to plan your vacation by yourself when you could book through Brando and save yourself a lot of time and money? I'll definitely be using his services again for our next vacation!
