I am so satisfied with Sheri and Dream Vacations! We went on a 4 Day cruise to Perfect Day at CocoCay & Nassau, Bahamas. Sheri was so quick to respond with any questions I had and literally did everything for us! She sent the bag tags you need, etc. It is so nice to trust your travel advisor and their opinions, especially knowing that they love cruising themselves! This was our very first cruise and we will definitely be going plenty more with the help of Dream Vacations! She was honest about excursions, what we should do or avoid, etc. We are so pleased and had such a blast! We swam with the pigs in Nassau and spent our day at Hideaway beach when we were at Perfect Day at CocoCay.

Sheri did a fantastic job setting up our first ever cruise. She got us a balcony stateroom that had extra space which included lounge chairs as well as the regular chairs. We were not expecting this and it was a nice bonus. She also provided us with drink ware and bag tags that worked perfectly. I will definitely use Sheri again for our next cruise.

My family and I used Etterling's Adventures to book our first ever cruise. We had so much fun! Sheri took care of everything for us, basically we just had to show up. The prices were very reasonable and we knew exactly where we were within our budget. No unexpected surprises. I was so confident and pleased with Etterling that I have had her book an upcoming vacation for me. I know I'm in good hands and can truly relax since she has taken care of all the details.

Had a great time. Disappointed they didn't have a buffet dinner had to eat at the other restaurants, entertainment staff was very friendly and had a great time with them .All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not very happy with the beach .Very happy with Sherry and everything she did for us and to make it a great vacation.

All travel agents perform the same basic function. Where Dream Vacations stands out is the customer service. Our vacation had a hiccup here & there, but at no point were we worried because we knew, from the 1st communication, that Sheri had our backs. The support provided was immediate and every issue (whether it was something we did in error, or the flight issue, and everything in-between) was resolved in record-speed. Sheri Etterling and Dream Vacations will be the only travel planner we use for the rest of our traveling days.
