Leila from Brilliant Event Design is truly an amazing wedding planner, there was not a moment that we doubted her or thought it could have been better in another way.
Leila has a good taste and did a fantastic job helping us design the venue. She also took care of contacting all the reliable vendors, plan all the logistics, help us pick linen, table cloths and etc., and everything else!
We love how Leila is a reliable planner, she does everything on a timely manner. she always responses right away and she is VERY detail oriented. If it weren't for her our wedding wouldn't turn out as beautiful as it did.
We would highly recommend Leila to be your wedding planner, we felt so lucky to have met her. Because of Leila, our wedding day became our favorite day.

Leila and her team were true professionals - absolutely incredible to work with from the first day we started planning to the day of and even after the wedding. This was the most worthwhile wedding expense. We were planning the wedding from a distance (in austin but wedding is in San Diego) and she made everything seamless. We had an awful experience with our venue (we chose this before we hired Leila) and we wanted to customize our wedding to blend Jewish and Japanese culture. Leila helped us with every little detail. Her background in interior design was super helpful. Thanks to her attention to detail we were able to have a really accurate floor plan (she had to re measure since the venues diagram was really off). She helped us find amazing vendors within our price range and did all the heavy lifting of contracts, payment due date reminders, scheduling and mock-ups. We are so grateful to have been able to work with Leila throughout our wedding planning process and we couldn’t have done it without her.

I am so glad I selected Leila to be my wedding planner. She is super easy to work with and really on top of things. i had a lot of questions and relied on her for insights for the decisions to be made and she was very helpful talking through all of them.
she found my photographer and my florist for me and both were perfect but the florist especially was a total gem. i am so grateful leila found and recommended her.
Leila also handled negotiating rates and fees on my behalf which was awesome and saved me some money.
i had this vision for a dark and moody wedding and it came out absolutely perfect. she created a vision board based on my desires and it truly came to life on my wedding day. it was actually even better than my vision.
i had my share of "ive changed my mind" situations and was worried Leila might get annoyed but she didn't appear to be in the least. She was super flexible and went with the flow to make the changes needed.
Leila also handled all the prep and set up which was such a stress relief and huge time saver for me. she was constantly checking in to see what else she could do for me.
i had no stress on my wedding day and everything went perfect!
it truly was my dream wedding.

There's so much to say about Leila that I don't even know where to begin. To start with, she is incredibly patient. I have emailed her more times than I probably needed to with questions for deadlines, vendors, DIYs, budgeting, you name it. Each time, she replied in detail and within only a couple of hours. She will fight for what is in the best interest of you-- the bride and groom-- with cost, design, anything.

She genuinely cares about what you are looking for in a wedding and will definitely make that happen with your budget in mind. Leila has always been open to my suggestions no matter how crazy I may have sounded. She also genuinely cares about how you as a person and takes the time to get to know you, your significant other, and where you're at in life, and that helps with the wedding planning process.

On our wedding day, I did not have to worry about one thing at all except getting ready and having a magical day with friends and family.
