The Lady that waited on me was so kind. I had a hard time making a decision, I think I changed my mind 3 or 4 times, but she never lost interest in helping me decide. I can't remember her beautiful name.

Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t have a certain bedroom suite in store but Adriane went above and beyond to find it for me. Customer service was remarkable!

Very affordable. I'm leasing for the first time with them and they have been more than helpful. They delivered my furniture and fridge same day! Staff is friendly and will explain everything asked, they also work with you. That has been my experience thus far.

Adriane was so nice and helpful. The application process was quick and easy. They delivered within 2 hours!! The only issue I had was when the guy installed the washer, he forgot to put the drain hose in the hole so I had water go everywhere. But ppl makes mistakes. Highly recommend Buddy's on the beltline in Decatur!!

I was in a pinch and had to make an emergency move that cost me thousands, eliminating outright purchasing furniture as an option. I went to Buddy’s after a referral from a friend. I have experienced the best customer service. Ms. Adriane and her crew are wonderful! When I lost my job and had a baby, they worked with me to ensure I kept my purchases. I will never rent to own from another establishment.
