Best outfitter on the Buffalo! Used the shuttle service for my vehicle many times, they have always been on time. On top of that they also back in and leave it in the shade when possible. So nice coming of a multi day trip and knowing my vehicle will be there, in a good spot, and if there was shade available it won’t be 200 degrees from being in the sun all day.

The only reason I gave three stars is because there was some miscommunication. We were told we were going on a 4 to a 5-hour float. After speaking with staff we were told it's a normal 3-hour float. Ended up being a 2 and 1/2 hour float. I understand River levels affect this, but we could have been told. I figured it might be a little shorter than usual, so we only paddled to steer. We did speak with them before leaving. They also said they called. There were no voicemails or messages or even a missed call. The shuttle service guys and staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Very friendly staff and clean cabin very spacious great get away! Car broke down and was looking for a mechanic and the staff all went above and beyond to help us and get us back on the road in a timely manner!! Definitely will be back for a getaway in the near future.

Great service, great cabins! We had a big group and BRO was running our shuttle for us. We had to make a last minute call to take off the river a day early due to weather. The staff made a quick change and had all of our cars at the takeout within 1.5 hours and helped us book their cabins for that evening. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Spacious! What a great and clean home in a secluded but perfect location. If you get off the water at Baker Ford the house is literally 0.7 miles up the gravel road. Horses next door that come right up the gate. Bring them healthy snacks. Carrots and apples etc. Amenities were as described but the views and porches and seating all around the home were way better. When there we spent all the time outside. Bring bug spray. We brought our pups and they loved running all around and the new smells of the outdoors. We highly recommend this home.

Beware of the loose dogs if you bring yours. They come as a pack to intimidate but nice to humans.

We have been staying at B.R.O.'s cabins for several years and they never disappoint! They are stocked with everything you need, are very quiet and private, and the location is FANTASTIC for accessing everything on that section of the Buffalo. The cabins are always immaculately clean and the staff at B.R.O. is very accommodating and quick to respond if anything comes up. B.R.O. is the perfect home base for river and hiking adventures!

Absolutely perfect experience! We booked two nights at the "Travelers Rest" cabin, booked a 1/2 day float trip with Buffalo River Outfitters. The cabin was clean and really cool. Has a little loft with two twin beds, nice bathroom/shower and all the things you would need in a kitchen. The float was perfect- check in was simple, they gave great instruction on what to do and what to expect from start to finish. All for the staff members were professional and courteous. Hats off to all the staff and the leadership at BRO! Exceptional experience!
