Kay did an amazing job coordinating our wedding and I can truly say that on the day of, I had nothing to worry about. If there were any issues, they were handled without my husband or I having to be involved, which was exactly what we wanted. I spoke with quite a few coordinators while choosing vendors for our wedding, and Kay’s warm personality was one of the main factors that made me want to work with her. She’s kind, patient, and so easy to talk to, which are all traits you really need in a coordinator since you’ll work with them more than any other vendor throughout the planning process. Leading up to our wedding Kay was extremely helpful in keeping us organized, providing suggestions when we needed them and helping us feel completely prepared for the big day. The systems she provides to help with planning were incredibly useful, especially if you’re the type of person who prioritizes organization. Kay also did an incredible job at our rehearsal, taking charge while being as friendly and upbeat as ever. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went seamlessly and handled everything from sewing a loose button back on my husband’s tuxedo to making sure our cocktails were replenished as often as we wanted. We even received compliments from family members about how amazing she was! In short, Kay is fantastic and made our wedding truly perfect; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Words cannot express how thankful we are to Kaylyn for making our dream wedding a reality. We had the good fortune of choosing Kaylyn about a year in advance. This was a semi-destination wedding since we're in the bay area and not local to SLO. Kaylyn took such good care of us and really made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. She helped plan our wedding day at the See Canyon Fruit Ranch and our after party at Saint's Barrel. She gave us an A-team of vendors to work with and it showed on our wedding day. Everything went wonderfully (and smoothly) especially considering we had to flip the layout from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour. So many of our guests spoke on how beautiful and perfect the day was. Plus we really got to know Kaylyn over the year+ working with her. It still feels weird not having our normal check-ins! Her checklists and wedding planning system, AislePlanner, are super easy to work with and helped us keep on schedule and within budget. I truly appreciated how she was able to guide me out of the safe zone and tap into my more creative side (I love with the linens we chose). Kaylyn, thank you for your patience, kindness, expertise and for being able to bring to life the hodge podge of ideas I had for my wedding day. I was so glad she was hired for my son and daughter-law’s beautiful wedding. Hiring Kay was the best decision we made in the wedding process. She is kind, smart, organized, detail oriented, and so much more! I consider myself to be type A/organized and I could not have pulled our wedding off with out her. She caught every single detail I missed. She had great communication with all the vendors, and they all love and respect her. She was so communicative through the whole process. Her set up on Aisle Planner and her Google Docs were a life saver!! They say something will go wrong at your wedding, but we did not have that experience, and if something did, we didn't know about it because Kay had it taken care of. She made us feel so special throughout the whole process, especially the day of. She advocated for us the whole time making sure we were taken care of, happy and well fed. Her mother (her assistant) is incredible as well, Brandon and I loved her, she was so kind and helpful! I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Kay is! Since we got married two months ago, we have had so many wedding guests and especially our wedding party comment about how great Kay was during our rehearsal and wedding - friendly, fun, kind, organized, cool and collected, helpful - the list goes on. I consider myself an extremely organized person and thought I only needed a wedding coordinator to run the big day, but Kay was invaluable throughout the whole process and thought of things I would have never even considered.
