Bermari at BW travel agency was fantastic to work with. She gave us suggestions and an itinerary that matched our requests to a T. When we had any questions she was very quick to respond. When we wanted to tweak a destination/activities she worked with us on that. This trip we traveled to Italy. Bermari was great! She made the process seamless as I transferred from Royal Caribbean to our group of 37 through her agency!
