I don't usually write reviews... but the behaviour of Steve Kuriga needs to be called out publicly.

We were thinking about a trip to Japan in 2022 and hired Steve in July to help guide the planning of the trip - we paid him $300 for his time... and proceeded to discuss the possibility of the trip -- with cursory emails about the feasibility given COVID restrictions... and then quickly dropped the idea and had a verbal conversation with him to pick up where we left of at a later date... recall, he did no planning for the trip... zippo, no research, no reservations.

Here we are now starting to plan the trip and we have a call with him... and what does he say... "you have to pay me for my time"... "I don't work for free", "there isn't a court order to make me do this for you"... and such statements.

Truly atrocious customer service... we paid him to plan the trip, no planning was done... we call him to literally discuss options and he these are his responses... truly atrocious behavior for a travel agent.

Cadence sent out an email encouraging their clients to take advantage of an offer to apply for Global Entry and fill out an application and pay $100 each for the service. Cadence was supposed to have a person from Homeland Security come to the office to interview you and verify everything for the Global Entry pass. We never heard from Cadence and have called several time with no return call. They left alot of peopleto figure out what to do now. I guess we will have to take care of it ourselves. Thanks Cadence!!
