Our family was heading to Huntsville from Columbus, Ga with a stop in Atlanta to pick up family for a 3 day family reunion. The bus company we originally chartered with placed us in a subpar bus because it broke down outside of Atlanta en route to Huntsville. We were delayed over 3 hours while the other company tried to get a replacement bus. Fortunately, Camelot Bus Company came to our rescue with Mike as the driver. He was a Godsend! Not only was he professional, kind and efficient, he was an excellent driver!!! Our family loved him and the service he provided to get us to our destination and back home again was superb. Thank you Mike and Camelot Tours for your excellent service!!!

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. We rented a bus for a rehearsal dinner in August to go from the Barn at Shady Lane to the Club. The bus showed up way too hot for anyone to sit in. It was hotter in the bus than outside. They told us that the AC just needed time to get going because they hadn’t had it turned on and going beforehand to prepare which was a mistake and poor planning on their part. We then were told it was actually broken after we had been waiting for 20 minutes so we had to find alternate transportation and get Ubers for everyone. This caused the whole wedding party to be late to the rehearsal and the bus driver and company had no answers and no solutions for us. We finally got them to tell us they will get us alternate transportation back from the rehearsal dinner but it was not the bus we had originally planned. When we talked to them about solving this issue they refused to give a refund for even half of it. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and use another company or just Uber. Anything to avoid Camelot Charters

We should have listened to the reviews!

We booked a Camelot bus 3 months out to take 40 students to camp. We had paid everything we needed to and had everything scheduled. They cancelled on us 16 days before our camp because they accidentally double-booked. This obviously put us in a huge bind, and they made no attempt to reconcile the situation. I recommend using someone else.

Vet your drivers better. They almost took out six cars in Huntsville, Alabama on University drive today around 11:00 a.m.

Your driver's should take thier passengers and other motorists safety more seriously!!
Just witnessed one of your drivers push into another lane, making a suv have to move halfway into a turn lane to force them to let him over because he didn't want to wait his turn to merge over in road construction. Tag #1195003 in Boaz Al, Feb 8th 2024

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a bus service. If I had to describe it in 2 words it would be "vacation ruining". After a long day at Disney World, me and my class wanted to go back to our hotel and get some sleep. We had been in the parks since 8 am and it was now 11 pm. As we got off the monorail, we were informed that the girls bus had broken down. A few of the girls had belongings on the bus and no one had any idea how we were going to get home or ride to universal the next morning OR get home after the park closes. It was 50 degrees and raining at night in Florida. Since it had been hot all day, everyone had worn shorts and tank tops. When we FINALLY got back it was past 12:20 am and we still had to pack, shower, pack our park bags, do our skincare, let our hair dry, and takes our medications. It was from 2-4 people in a room. This morning we had to sit out in the cold again for 45 minutes before a different bus showed up to take us to Universal. The bus driver went the wrong way and drove us to Epcot instead and broke multiple road laws on the way. This was a traumatic experience and I'm never coming to Florida again.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! My kids (30 of them) going to prom were left at a restaurant because the driver was tired of waiting. 30 minutes late coming out of the restaurant because they all waited together for everyone to pay! 30 MINUTES!!! I paid almost $2000.00 for 1 1/2 with no money back so far. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They waited on the curb for parents for over and hour and only got to stay at prom for 37 minutes. Thanks for ruining prom!!

DO NOT USE! Booked 5 hours for prom. Didn’t show up and left 30 kids stranded at a restaurant. Finally showed up at prom and drove them for 1.5 max to after location. Terrible service and will not return phone calls or correspondence for a refund for the time we paid for and did not get.
