Their drivers are dangerous on the road. The day after Christmas one of their charters tried to merge into our lane without any turn signal when the car was by the drivers side window. After honking the miserable looking driver flipped us off. The fact is he could’ve seriously hurt my family. I took a photo of him which is below.

Your driver and myself were at a red light waiting to turn left. Light turns green and then we begin to go but your driver thinks it’s okay to start merging right away and almost hitting my car not once but multiple times when it was MY right of way. Please reevaluate your drivers.

The bus I was on ( 4/01/2024 ) was not comfortable. The seats were too narrow and the leg room was minimal. I’m 6’ and weigh 175 lbs. I sat about 2/3 towards the back and the engine noise was not enjoyable. I don’t know if other bus companies have better seating.
I would like to talk to the owner of this company.

Driver used our community's driveway to attempt a U-turn. Almost wrecked my car on the turn in, honked aggressively at me (I had no where to go) and then proceeded to get stuck making an 18 point turn blocking all regular traffic. Bus was not picking up or dropping off at our address and could have just as easily driven around the block to turn around. Unsafe, unnecessary, and unprofessional.

Chad, our bus driver (Bus 26) for our class field trip to Washington D.C., was a delight to be with and I really enjoyed him being with us for the trip. He not only was exceptional at his job, he was a very good person too, and gave us treats such as cookies and candy. I strongly recommend this bus driver for future field trips! So sad that this is over

Just completed a 4 day bus tour with Richard as our driver with Karen and Nathan driving other 2 bus. All 3 were professionals in every aspect of our trip. Really enjoyed the time spent with them. Great drivers plus knowledge of the area.

Mike and Laura are absolutely wonderful. Our high school marching band has been using Campbell for many, many years, and I've had the pleasure of taking 2 long distance trips with them, as well as some shorter trips. Their staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional and the bosses are new, modern, and very, very clean. And Laura's trip planning and management are absolutely fantastic. When dealing with 150 to 200 kids and as many as 5 busses, the planning for everything is absolutely critical- and Laura has pulled it off time and time again. They are incredibly patient and flexible with the kids, and I could not imagine planning a trip with anyone else!
