We loved our stay here! Our room was spacious and clean. Lovely gym there. Couldn’t get enough of the cucumber water in the lobby. Stephanie ( woman who worked the front desk) was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

BEWARE!

Sunday morning I was woken up at 6am because there was a car meet happening across the street which should not be allowed. 6 to 10am it was just cars and their insanely obnoxious engines and that is insane to allow next door to a hotel.

Monday morning- this morning- I was woken up once again at 7am, this time to construction and banging all around the hotel/outside.

We traveled 12 hours and couldn't even get decent sleep both nights we were here. Not saying it's the hotels fault necessarily, but just be aware that the location of this hotel is brutal.

Beds are too firm, pillows are too flat, the fridge in our room was clearly broken as there was a shaking noise coming from it the entire time. Their bath towels are too small- they would maybe fit a 10 year old child and that's it. Breakfast is not offered. I also found out that our sheets were not washed before our stay. The cleaning card they leave literally says it. Gross.

$450 for 2 nights...A complete waste.

This is a fairly busy hotel and it seems to be quite well run. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed super comfortable, and there are two elevators which was really nice. The staff is very professional and helpful and the common areas of this hotel are kept very clean.

EDIT: changed to 5 stars because....Urban Wildlife :). I was fortunate to see a small herd of deer behind the hotel, and from my room, several times during my stay ❤️

My experience was great from the beginning at check in to the end at check out! Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The unit was extremely clean and I appreciate that. Towels and bath towels were comfortable and clean. That was much appreciated also.The soap and shampoo dispensers were clean and full.

The rooms were big with comfortable beds. The staff is polite and helpful. It's a great location if you are spending
time at Wind Creek. We wish check in was earlier and check out was later. We did enjoy our stay; spent some time
in the pool and liked the free coffee and fruit. It's pet friendly but some some pet owners need to curb their dogs.

I checked in and left pretty quickly. Room seemed nice and perfect for the night. My 16 year old grandson attends the Charter Arts School and I am a local school nurse, but we are not local to Bethlehem. We drive hours a day to get him to school and back. When he has an evening show, we stay at a hotel to save on driving. But, unfortunately, I got very ill at the show, and we never made it back to the room. My husband picked up my bag the next day before check out. He explained the situation, and although he did not expect anything, nothing was given either. Not a sorry about your misfortune or even a discount for next time. I’d definitely book there again. It was clean, close, and fairly priced. They could not have rebooked my room. I was just a little surprised no offer or empathy was given. Hopefully next time, we can review the beds!

Jenelle was extremely helpful and professional with booking a week ago. When we arrived for our stay, she was just was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The room is excellent too. Very clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations.

Top bad I can not give this please zero stars! I drove 3 hours with my family for an event just to find out that my reservation was cancelled stating that they did not have a payment method on file. However, everyone that has booked an hotel, knows that you can not make a reservation without a card on file. I didn’t receive an email notification nor a call. The agent at the desk stated that their phone was done and that her manager tried calling us. However, we do not have any missed call or messages. I have never experienced something like this in my 20 years of hotel reservations. What a lack of costumer service and unprofessionalism. Either they over sold rooms and cancelled my reservation for someone else as they were supposedly sold out.
