Shawn exceeded our expectations planning our group trip to the Amalfi Coast last week! His attention to our wishes, showed in every detail of our trip. We stayed at a beautiful villa that was previously a convent in Positano. The staff was excellent, the concierge was very helpful, all of the excursions were well planned and went off without any problems. Because of the attention to detail that Shawn exhibits, I will definitely be using him as my travel agent on ALL of our future vacations. Thank you to Shawn and his Italian counterparts for making our trip memorable!

AGAIN! ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!
I am compelled to add to my initial review as just returned from Barcelona. As requested Shawn arranged for airport transfers, hotel accommodations and private tour and Everything was beyond our expectations! We wanted to be in a walkable area and Shawn booked our stay at Le Méridien on Las Ramblas and our room was ready at 9:30am!! The stay was impeccable from housekeeping to evening drinks. We indeed had so many options and beside our private tour never sought an Uber. Our drivers and private tour exceeded our expectations. I just cannot say enough great things about Shawn’s execution.😃

I ABSOLUTELY a 5 star experience with Shawn of Captains Travel Club. We usually plan and book our vacations but this time on recommendation of a friend decided to contact Captains Travel Club and Shawn provided excellent service!
We had an initial call about what we were and were not open to as well as our budget and Shawn's first suggestion suited us superbly! The true test of course was our experience at the destination and it was truly just lovely! We had an amazing time!
And by the way we had some family member join us and everyone agreed that it was an amazing experience!
We will definitely contact Shawn for our next travel journey. If you have ever wondered why you should use an agent when you can do it yourself I can tell you with Shawn you will quickly come to know excellent service from someone who cares about your end experience!!! The Royalton Chic resort was amazing . The staff was phenomenal in making us feel at home and treating us so well. Our Travel Agent Shawn Lewis did an amazing job with advising us on The Diamond Club , organizing our flights as well as transportation to our resort . He helped make this a wonderful experience and my daughter was married on a private beach . I would highly recommend both Shawn and this resort . I plan to go back in the future . 👍

We travelled to Ireland and London for 2 weeks. Captain's Travel could not have handle the entire experience better. Shawn Lewis was tremendous at researching best tours and keeping everything within our stipulated budget. It was the experience of a lifetime and Shawn was even abel to accomodate us by making changes while we were on the trip to accomodate various excursions we wanted to pursue once we got over to our destination.

My wife and I have used Captains travel for two unforgettable vacations in the last year. We went to St Lucia and also Punta Cana. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars then I would. First class service and pricing is only the beginning of our experience. We were basic travelers before we met Shawn and his team and we never flew or left the country. Shawn personally walked us though and made us feel comfortable during every part of the process. He didn't just recommend places based on others opinion's. He personally visited all the places we considered and he asked us a lot of questions to make sure he could tailor make a package based on our wants and needs. It was the two best trips we both ever went on and we wouldn't even consider traveling without using Captains Travel from here on out
