The staff girls are very nice. Never had a problem sending money or packages to Cuba. It always arrives on time, or within the timeframe they tell you. I have used them for more than 5 years now.

I went today with the purpose to send medicine to people in Cuba. They removed from my bag, all the mask, bandages, and more, saying this is not medicine. Buy not what they said, the way they said it it was like they enjoyed it removing all those medical item, that people in Cuba needed desperately. When I complain about it in a good way. The lady Yohana, told me,” If your are going to complain about the Cuban Government, do it outside the door of my business.” That Cuban lady lives and enjoy the benefits of this country US, however she defend Cuban government. What is this? She not only don’t know anything about customer service, she also agreed and defend the dictatorial Cuban regime. No wonder make business with them.

Well, Caribe Express was not too express, definitely they got a wrong name , one employee for everything, answer phones, dealing with customer etc , they really don't know the waiting time for delivery your stuff in Cuba , the container I waiting for is there for 1 month , nobody knows when they going to open , I sent my boxes on November, 3 months already, really sad 😔

Resive as promised,on time the only delayed is in cuba the give citation for pick up for to many people and don't give priority to the people that come from other cities, for example Matazas. hope they can straight that up ,I will no send again .I have to come back late at 7.00 pm.
