Where to begin? Caristia Designs / Cara was invaluable to our family as we planned and executed our daughters wedding! Cara was so precise and thorough and there was no detail that was overlooked. The day of coordinator took all the stress out of dealing with all the unknowns of the day from silently coordinating extension of the reception all while not taking away one second of our time celebrating with family and friends to managing meal requests and keeping gifts and treasures secured through the night. She went beyond any expectation & would recommend her 100% for security and peace of mind for any event.
Cara went above and beyond and in the process became a friend. Worth every single penny and then some!!! Thank you so much for making our event absolutely perfect!❤️

Cara was amazing for not only our wedding day, but for months leading up to our wedding. We had many meetings, virtual and in person at the venue. She has so much experience planning events like this and did not leave any details out when helping to coordinate/plan our day. We had a last minute need of cookies for the day of and she had places she could recommend, an idea of the volume of cookies we should order, she picked the cookies up the day before too and completely took care of it. The day of the wedding, she was such a calming presence, asking if we were good, having fun, needed anything, etc. I honestly attribute the day’s events going amazingly to Cara and all her hard work. We booked Cara when she was having a promotion, but hindsight, even if she had charged 10x what we paid (and some day of coordinators do) she is worth it.

My only regret is that we did not contact Cara sooner! The event would not have been a success without Cara. She was instrumental in ensuring everything went smoothly with the vendors, venue, and members of the wedding party. Cara also was there to assist with last minute details including unexpected issues with the wedding dress. Not only is Cara intelligent and organized she is also a kind person who is approachable and culturally sensitive. She went out of her way to make signs and explanations for the different kinds of desserts for our multi-cultural wedding’s cookie table. She also helped us obtain a photo booth at the last minute. We received many compliments from guests who were impressed by her professionalism and warmth. She is a pleasure to work with and would be an asset to any event.

Although, I have a lot of experience…having personally chaired and coordinated hundreds of charity events and galas… I knew that I was not going to be able to enjoy my daughters wedding without the help of a wedding coordinator. Cara went above and beyond the call of duty to coordinate everything with the vendors, and absolutely nailed the timing for every part of the wedding and reception down to the minute. As a result, the whole wedding went without a hitch and everyone, including myself, enjoyed themselves immensely. I strongly recommend her services! She is professional, easy to work with, competent, knowledgeable, etc. and it was great to be able to totally trust Cara.

We were so thrilled to have Cara’s guidance leading up to our wedding day! Cara brings a great deal of knowledge and experience alongside a true intuition for event planning and day of coordination. Her skill set coupled with her calm, caring demeanor made our day truly unforgettable. Cara was always available to answer questions and to calm my nerves during the planning process. She is also extremely knowledgeable regarding vendors in the southwestern PA area. Cara’s presence on our wedding day allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves.
