Carmel Weddings is the best! My now husband and I were on an anniversary trip to Monterey and spontaneously decided to get married on our dating anniversary (I know, stay with me).

It was a whirlwind decision. We barely made it to Salinas to get our wedding license and then we called Carmel Weddings to see if they’d be available to officiate our ceremony that same day (aka right then). Kathee happened to be with a minister, and they met us within 30 minutes.

They walked us to the beach and the minister was so kind. We loved what he had to see. Everything was so intimate and beautiful, and despite the craziness of it all, it was truly the most special moment for us. Kathee was so sweet and took pictures of us and everything.

We are so happy and thankful for Carmel Weddings who helped us pull off our special elopement on such short notice.

I recommend them to anyone looking for a special elopement in beautiful Carmel and Monterey!

If you are looking for a wedding planner which is uncomplicated, open for all your wishes and will take care of everything for the big day you found the right place. If you are more the long term planner Kathi might not be the right fit. She is hard to get a hold off sometimes This is why I gave only 4 stars. The real planning with her really only starts a couple weeks before. However there was absolutely nothing missing during the ceremony.
