As a couple planning an Asheville wedding from out of town, hiring Nikki was the best decision. We hired her for month-of coordination and design. It was amazing to have a wedding expert by our side and trusting Nikki took the stress out of planning from out of town. Throughout the planning process she was there to answer any and all questions. She offered amazing recommendations, helping us choose the best vendors (we would recommend them all) for our big day. And every vendor we spoke to had nothing but good things to say about Nikki. With her guidance, the decor and design was as beautiful as we had hoped. I would recommend Nikki and her team to anyone planning a wedding in or around Asheville!

CLE was our day-of coordinator and florist, but the team went above and beyond during the entire planning process. From the beginning, they shared vendor recommendations and answered any question we had. When our photographer fell through, Nikki helped us through the situation and found an amazing replacement with 2 days notice. Sarah did some incredible work with the florals and decor to enhance Homewood's beauty (and my bouquet was stunning!!) We worked with Kristy and Debora the weekend of our wedding, and they did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule. It was because of their attention to detail that we got to stay present with each other and our guests throughout our wedding day!

We got married at the Homewood wedding venue in Asheville last weekend with Carolina Love Events coordinating the day. The biggest thank you to Kristy at Carolina Love Events for coordinating our wedding last weekend. From months out, Kristy was so communicative and on top of everything, and the day of, she ensured everything looked absolutely beautiful and ran perfectly. I can't think of a single moment where I had to worry about one detail on our wedding day! Cannot recommend Kristy and her team enough!

We are so incredibly grateful for all the floral magic that you created for our wedding and for all your amazing behind-the-scenes help to make our wedding day so perfect. We were absolutely delighted by how the florals all turned out -- our bridal bouquets were even better than I had imagined -- such beautiful delicate little details!! We also loved the way that the arbor and other ceremony florals turned out. You were so smooth with collecting and repurposing the bridesmaid bouquets and things too -- thanks for doing that! The dogs' floral collars were so cute. And we loved the way that the branches ended up looking in the reception hall. My hair florals were so cute too! I guess we loved everything. 🙂

And your coordination was so on point. We were truly oblivious to anything stressful that might've been going on behind the scenes -- you did such a nice job of making it all happen without bugging the brides. Your coordination of the espresso martini tower was perfect -- you picked the perfect spot to set it up and we loved just waltzing up to everyone already assembled! All the personal effects looked so nice too. And the timeline worked out so well! Thank you for bringing our vision to life in so many different big and little ways.

Everyone we have spoken to who interacted with you also sang your praises. You did great all around!

Carolina Love Events is an excellent coordination group. I purchased the month-of coordination package, and I worked closely with Nikki and Deborah throughout the process. Nikki and Deborah were so easy to work with and always very accessible when I had questions. Nikki provided a vendor list and met with us via phone multiple times to talk through the wedding plans and schedule.

When our wedding was postponed due to Hurricane Helene, Nikki was quick to help us find a new date and coordinated all of our vendors to ensure we would be able to use the same people.

On the weekend of the wedding, Nikki and Deborah both were kind and helpful. Deborah helped to navigate some issues during the rehearsal which made things a lot easier for us. For decorating on the day of the wedding they used décor that I had brought (and some supplied by the venue). They displayed everything and made it as beautiful as I had imagined. At the end of the night, they cleaned everything up and had it ready for us to pick up the next morning!

I am so glad I booked Carolina Love Events, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

We worked with Nikki on planning our wedding for well over a year. Our wedding was in April 2023 and it was absolutely magical. Nikki and her team at Carolina Love Events made sure everything ran smoothly. Nikki is clearly a professional with top notch experience and great vendor relationships. Sometimes we would feel anxious during the planning process, but Nikki was always there to answer our questions. We discussed with Nikki what worked best for us as a communication style and she was happy to oblige, which also eased our nerves during this stressful process. The overall wedding planning process itself was very stressful to us but Carolina Love Events did their best to alleviate concerns which resulted in the most beautiful wedding day. Thank you!! I will start with saying we didn’t think we needed a wedding planner. We are low key, go with the flow types. We didn’t know what we didn’t know. Kristi and team were exceptional. And it didn’t take long to realize we needed them! If anything went wrong, we didn’t have a clue. For us, everything was perfect. Every little detail was covered from assisting with vendor recommendations and coordination to keeping us on our timeline. Kristi and her team were always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. Our minds were at ease the entire time. Kristi thought of every little detail that we had almost overlooked. Never thought to have a point of contact person for the end of the night to gather all our belongings once we left the venue. I guess we thought everything would just appear where it needed haha! Our experience was true perfection. Because of Carolina Love Events every little detail was taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about anything. We were guided professionally throughout the ceremony and staged at just the right spots so there were no sneak peeks. Our guests were graciously guided to the cocktail hour and then to the reception where our DJ was cued up for our entrance. Following our first dance, the caterers were ready for dinner followed by a seamless transition to the cake cutting switched into a happy birthday cake for one of our guests. We danced the night away when last call was announced, Kristi had all our guests line the stairs outside and coordinated a sparkler exit. All our personal items arrived back. Thank goodness for that contact we never thought about having lol. We thought we were low key and just go with the flow, which we are but a wedding is not the time to test how chill you may think you are. Carolina Love Events had everything we knew and didn’t know we wanted or needed covered. We would not have had the experience or memories we have without their involvement.

If you are planning a wedding, this wedding planner is the one for you. There are no words to express how wonderful she made our wedding. She took care of every detail. But not only that, she took care to check in on how we were feeling and completely took away any stress or worry we had. I cannot recommend her enough.
