Max is so accommodating. We called her 30 minutes before closing and asked if we could pick up bikes 30 minutes after closing for a short sunset bike ride. She came back to the store to get us bikes, told us exactly where to bike for the best views and then came back to pick up the bikes. Great service, great bikes, super happy customers!

SEE-ing SEDONA on 2 wheels is the best way to take it ALL in friends! Our guide Gabriel welcomed us into the shop and treated us like family from the jump! He showed us around Sedona and the airport area while we relaxed and took it all in along the way! My NOW wife and I had our families here with us to celebrate us getting married at Lovers Knoll! The e-bike tour was the coolest thing we all did together hands down! Max had taken my wife and I on a tour last year when I proposed here in Sedona! She made that tour so fun that we said we’d only tour with her or her peeps next time we were here! Thank you to Gabriel and Max for your hospitality and THE AMAZING RIDE!

This place is the best for renting e bikes! Joey was very knowledgeable about the bikes and showed us everything about them. He made sure my sisters and I were taken care of. He gave us some cold waters to bring along, cold neck packs and made sure we were comfortable riding before we were on our own. Joey is very caring and truly wanted us to be safe and to have fun! The views were amazing and he gave his insight for the best places to hit. Thank you so much Joey for your kindness and for looking out for my sisters and I. I highly recommend this place!!!

Joe was great! Walked in without a reservation and he was so helpful. He sent us out with detailed maps and not to be missed highlights! The bikes had so much power!! Sites were beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

My sisters & I travel to a different state for our girls trip every year … this year it was Arizona - Sedona! During our adventures… We always seek to include renting e-bikes and booking a horseback ride as both are fun ways to explore & get around. We booked with Joey at Red Rocks and we def picked the best company with the best guide to get us started! Joey was informative and helpful! He’s extremely knowledgeable about pointing out trails and sites that one should seek out along the way and included for us a map, sunscreen, frozen neck coolers and water bottles. He personally rode us out to our starting point , and made sure to give us his number in case there was any trouble at all with the bikes whilst we were out! There was no trouble whatsoever and the area is stunning to explore. Would definitely recommend this excursion. Find Joey!

Awesome day on Ebikes! Even if you haven’t ridden a bike in years, you will love this! It’s so easy and the bike does all the work. Beautiful scenery and plenty of places to stop off and take photos. Highly recommend.
