Ordered fried mushrooms and seafood platter. Mushrooms came out room temperature. Seafood was good but the tartar sauce was made with sweet relish. Not my kind of thing

Place was a little out of our way but well worth the trip. Recently renovated. No music playing which took getting used to. CASH ONLY.

This was like stepping back in time. Generous portions of delicious meat dishes at amazingly reasonable prices. We’re out of Delmonico and ribeye steaks but the NY strip was perfect (with mushrooms). Potato, fries and burger were great. Baked haddock was tasty if a bit buttery. Peanut butter pie was awesome.

Like restaurants of the past, not a lot of options for vegetarian or health conscious dining.

We normally get steak which is delicious but I was really hungry for a burger. This burger was the best burger I've ever had in a restaurant. Thick, juicy, and prepared my way (medium). I will have another soon!!

The best steaks anywhere. My wife and I have been going there 30 years. Food has always been good and the steaks are absolutely delicious. Highly reccomended.
