The Camp Verde Chase is truly amazing! You can read of isolated negative reviews that seem to have flavors of dissatisfaction due to impatience or dilemmas outside the control of the employees. BUT... Let me tell you of my consistent positive experiences that I have with ALL employees at this location. Without going into too much detail about my banking, I can attest that I have on many occasion asked these people to do "inconvenient banking". They have taken the time to make sure my needs are taken care of whether that be the bankers or the tellers. These are tasks that "kill time". I've never rushed them or demanded, but they have always made sure to take care of me if possible. This in turn has saved me countless amounts of time and has justified the writing of this story. Camp Verde Chase will treat you as a person, and at the end of the day, business is merely people doing business with people. Camp Verde Chase will treat you like a person.

I had an issue with an ATM machine that malfunctioned and showed that I withdrew money when I had not. I went straight to this location and Amber took care of the problem right away. I am so happy with her and this location.

Today, on May 31st, I went to chase bank when they opened at 9a to speak w a private banker, Christian, regarding a matter he’s been working on for over a month now, with no resolve. I arrived at the bank at 9a and the teller told me I’d have to wait five hours until two to be able to see him. After waiting for five hours until our scheduled appt, I was able to get Christian’s attention for 8 minutes before he called me my fiancés ex’s name and told me he’ll be back after a flirty female employee took him away from our meeting, 8 minutes after it started, after I had been waiting for five hours. Christian obviously has NO concern for other peoples banking issues, which is his job, and would obviously much rather focus on female employees, and insulting clients by being so low as to call me my fiancés exes name during, what I thought, should have been a professional meeting. This man has NO business being in this environment and would do much better selling solar, or selling used cars.

i went in today for business help! just a quick question. and the banking person would not help me. said she goes on appointment only. she was not doing anything at the time.. they made me feel worse that i was already feeling trying to handle my business. I just moved here and i thought being from a smaller town it would be easier to bank. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chase should be ashamed they are represented like this. time to bank elsewhere ! i have been a loyal customer for 10 years

After 30+ years, Chase closed my accounts and provided no reason, claiming they don't need to provide a reason. Could it be I am a Christian and a Republican? In addition, this branch has the most rude incompetent employees.
