Cheers To Two did an outstanding job planning our wedding. We hired them for day-of coordination. Michelle and her team were a joy to work with - prompt, clear communication and always kind even when we were scatterbrained. They worked incredibly hard, taking on each challenge and last-minute request with enthusiasm especially considering the size of our venue. Michelle was assertive when she needed to be, also brought fun energy that kept our planning process feeling celebratory and exciting. On the big day, they coordinated everything seamlessly - even literally running back to our room in record time when we forgot our rings! After our first meeting with Cheers To Two we felt total peace of mind that our wedding was in good hands. The months of planning and the event itself went so smoothly we barely noticed behind-the-scenes logistics so we could be totally in the moment. Michelle and her assistants were present to handle any issue but never interrupted the joy of our special day. I can't overstate how grateful we are for Cheers To Two's outstanding service and highly recommend them to other couples!
And lastly - the decor!!! They made our vision come to life GORGEOUSLY - I cried. After so many months imagining what it would look like, Michelle made the dream come to life. Pure magic! Let's do it again!!!

I’m going to start by saying Michelle is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was the piece of our wedding that I didn’t know we needed. My husband and I were looking for a day of coordinator and I’m so thankful we found Michelle – My family and friends will all tell you how particular I am about everything so finding a coordinator that would just get it, was hard. The moment Michelle responded to us; I knew she was the one. Love at first sight (read) you might say. LOL! I felt the love and passion she had for what she does, and her organization skills are out of this world. Never in a million years did I think my wedding day would be as peaceful and stress-free as it was, and it was all thanks to Michelle. She is truly a blessing and would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Michelle / Cheers To Two was the cornerstone of our successful wedding last month! We would highly, highly recommend her and already have been recommending her to our friends who are considering weddings soon. She executed a destination wedding flawlessly (we were on the east coast, and the wedding was in LA). She was extremely communicative and highly energetic throughout the whole process, which made planning much easier for bride and groom. Michelle went out of her way to help with things that made our lives easier planning a destination wedding, and was always two steps ahead of us.

Michelle is very energetic, bubbly, yet firm and assertive when needed. She is detail oriented and extremely well organized. If you are at all on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator for your wedding, I’m here to tell you right now that you need one! My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago and Cheers to Two provided day of coordination services for my wedding and Michelle did a stellar job. From the start, Michelle worked with me to find a package that fit my needs for my wedding and I appreciated that so much. At our initial meet-up, Michelle was asking me questions that never even crossed my mind. This is the reason you need a coordinator. I consider myself to be a pretty organized person, but there will be things that you don’t think of on your own. Cheers to Two shares an amazing Google spreadsheet with different tabs to ensure we were on the same page throughout the planning process and I loved it!! Michelle professionally communicated with all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was in order. A few weeks before the wedding, we did a site visit and Michelle brought her tablet, taking notes and asking all the right questions. Aside from being the sweetest person ever, Michelle was incredibly organized throughout the entire process and was amazing about staying in contact with me and reminding me of things when I was going crazy in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

When my special day arrived, I felt relaxed knowing that Michelle was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. I knew my wedding was in good hands and that truly made the day so stress-free. Michelle and her assistant did an amazing job. They even resewed a button on one of the groomsmen’s jackets! They were prepared for everything! Genuinely, not a single thing went wrong at my wedding and Michelle played a huge role in that. The decor for our reception was set so beautifully. I absolutely loved it. As the reception was wrapping up, unbeknownst to me, Michelle was quietly gathering all of our decor and belongings and packing them up for us. When I got back to our hotel, I called me mom concerned about whether some items were left behind and she said, “don’t worry, Michelle grabbed all of it.” What a life-saver! Michelle was the real MVP of our wedding. If you are considering hiring her and want to have an amazing, stress-free event, please do. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! Thank you for everything, Michelle!! 🙂

5 stars is not enough for how amazing Michelle is!

My husband and I were deciding on which coordinator to go with and if we really needed one (you really do). We are so glad we went with Michelle!! She literally made our wedding day so smooth and the last months leading up to the big day easier and bearable.

Michelle is so passionate about her work, we clicked instantly! She would always check in with us, and made sure we're doing good. She was super responsive and always one step ahead of us. She communicated with all our other vendors leading up to the big day. She helped us so much and we appreciate her and her team! Our bridal party loves you Michelle, thanks for everything!

During our actual wedding day, her and her team made everything smooth. We were able to enjoy our wedding and not stress about it. Not only did it go smoothly, but her and her team took a lot of behind the scenes photos/videos for us

There are two main things that turn a wedding into a great wedding, planning and coordination. My wife and I took care of the former, but we needed major help with the latter….

Hiring Michelle / Cheers To Two as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions my wife and I made before our wedding. The week my wife and I were doing phone interviews for day-of coordinators, Michelle was our first call. By the end of the call I whispered to my wife that Cheers To Two was the one, cancel the rest of the interviews. I can read people pretty well and I could instantly tell that Michelle genuinely cared and I could trust her to coordinate our wedding to perfection.

Our day would have been as perfect as it was if it wasn’t for Cheers To Two. Michelle FAR exceeded my expectations and really WOW’d me with her attention to detail, perfect day management, and her infectious genuine happy attitude! She worked so well and seamlessly with all our vendors, I could have sworn they’ve worked together all the time. In the months and weeks leading up to the big day, Michelle took over communication to all vendors, sending them detailed maps of venue and precise personalized itineraries. Every vendor knew where to be, when to be there, and how to solve any issues by communicating to Michelle. But honestly, with Cheers To Two’s coordination, there were no problems. The communication she had with my wife and I months, weeks, and days leading up the big day made sure everything was accounted for.

Every person that interacted with Michelle, loved her! She treated my wedding-party, parents, families, and vendors with such a happy demeanor and respect, all while looking so cool and collected. This allowed me to fully trust her and allowed me to focus on the most important thing, my lovely bride. Both my wife and I felt so relaxed during our day and fully got to be present and actually be the guests of honor at our own grand party! Two weeks later from our wedding and I’m still hearing from guests that our wedding was one the most fun and well-organized weddings they’ve ever been to.

Two of my favorite things about Michelle the day of the wedding was that she was enjoying the wedding just as much as us and our guests. She took so many pictures and videos throughout the day and even airdropped them to me at the end of the night. My wife and I were so appreciative of that because we could relive so many moments while still waiting for our professionals. She was also more prepared than an Eagle Scout, she wore this Mary Poppins fanny pack that had anything and everything that you could need in a wedding mishap. Scissors, sharpie, detergent pen, mints, safety pins, and a handheld fan were just a few things we needed from her throughout the day.

By the end of the night, everything that she had set up for us had been broken down, wrapped up, and put away. All we needed to do was pick up our Rubbermaid bins and throw them in the car. She even packed and labeled ALL our food we didn’t get to eat (we only got to the 2nd course of our 8 course meal). My wife and I were able to enjoy all our well-packed leftovers the next day while going through all the pictures and videos Michelle and our friends took for us!

I never believed people before when they said that their wedding day was one of the happiest day of their lives…but now I totally understand. It wouldn’t have been one of mine if it wasn’t for my wife and I hiring Michelle / Cheers To Two!

Michelle is an amazing wedding planner and coordinator. She was super communicative leading up to the wedding and we very much appreciated her feedback during the planning stages to achieve our desired wedding. Our venue's event coordinator was a bit disorganized, and so Michelle quickly stepped in to keep things organized and on-track.

On the day of the wedding, everything went seamlessly. We were both able to fully enjoy our wedding and be in the moment, in large part due to Michelle and her team handling the details in the background. Simply put, Michelle is the best and we are both so grateful to have worked with them!

10/10 would work with Michelle again...but for my own sake, hopefully won't need to plan another wedding in my future)

When my daughter and her now husband set their wedding venue and date, it was mandatory that an event planner be present on the day of the wedding. So, my daughter’s search began. Many inquiries were made but none seemed to connect with her.

My daughter stumbled upon Cheer to Two and she immediately sent me the link for my thoughts. As I watched Michelle’s video and listened to her story, I was drawn to a gentle voice that showed kindness, sincerity, dedication, passion and commitment that reflected good family values. I knew instantly and told my daughter that Michelle was THE one.

Michelle’s first meeting was with the bride and groom. I, mother of the bride, was included in their second unscheduled meeting. The meeting went so well that Michelle went from being a one day event planner to a full on coordinator.

I’d like to say that I’m a very traditional mother who holds our heritage and traditions closely to my heart. My daughter’s vision of her wedding was very different than my husband and I. Michelle became my voice of reason.

Along the way, Michelle shared with me her own personal wedding journey with her family, gave me advice, thoughts and ideas with honesty while maintaining her focus on my daughter’s and her fiancé’s dream wedding. She understood that every intention I had was from a place of love and showed me nothing but the utmost respect as a mother.

Soon enough, a B+MOB (bride +mother of the bride) group chat was formed by Michelle that allowed me to have an open communication with my daughter and Michelle. I was free to text with any concerns, questions, suggestions, emotional support or just to say thanks. Michelle has a soft professional approach to everything whether in agreement or not. I quickly came to realize that the reason she was hired and her #1 priority was to help guide my daughter through her wedding planning process.

During the planning process, I built a respect and trust in Michelle equally as a person and as a professional. In my eyes, Michelle took care of EVERYTHING. She worked endless hours with my daughter and all the vendors, most of which Michelle referred. All referred vendors did an amazing job!

I feel my daughter would not have been able to plan her dream wedding without Michelle’s expertise. Holding her hand and walking beside her along the way, day and night.

The wedding day was nothing but amazingly beautiful as she promised. Michelle did everything in her power to make sure that the wedding day was exactly how my daughter, her fiancé, and us, envisioned it to be. Michelle and her team were so kind, compassionate, supportive and helpful with everything that day. They all worked really hard as I witnessed it firsthand. Michelle and her team were incredible with setting up, loading, unloading and cleaning up. Everything went as scheduled. My daughter and her new husband had a magical wedding day and a memory that will last them a lifetime. Our family and friends, without a doubt, shared an emotional and happy day that will never be forgotten.

So from the MOB 9/20, my heartfelt thanks to Michelle and to all of her assistants for everything…from an amazing working experience to a beautiful wedding!!!

I will miss Michelle, especially my crazy texts to her. I wish her nothing but success with all her future Brides and Grooms to be!!!
