Chef Brandon was such a delight to have in our kitchen. He created a custom Mexican menu with some of the most delicious dishes including a Oaxacan turkey and horchata ice cream. Everything was beyond amazing.

We were a group of 21 people at a company gathering, Brandon’s cooking class was our evening event. Chef Brandon is not only a great cook, he’s also a very nice and friendly guy!! He really did a great job entertaining the people and still providing original and excellent food. He was alone and we all had to be hands on at some point… but that was part of the plan! Brandon also found a great place to host the event. The organization, from booking to paying also went very quickly and smoothly. Everything was absolutely great and we certainly recommend him to anyone.

I hired Chef Brandon to design and cook a private meal for me and my friends at our AirBnB in Chicago - every dish was delicious and beautiful, from the truffle burrata appetizer to the family-style Porterhouse steak to the personal butter cake dessert prepared for each person. On top of the food, Chef Brandon was an incredibly professional and fun personality in the kitchen - he struck the perfect balance between allowing us our space during the meal but still engaging with us to describe the cooking and preparation.
