Delicious! While on a weekend away, Chef Pablo prepared a four-course dinner for both nights we were in NY. Very friendly and the food and presentation were both amazing. Can’t recommend this chef enough for your private cooking needs! Thank you for the wonderful meals!!

We hired Chef Pablo to cook for us during a 2 night stay in an AirBnB near Windham. The food both nights was absolutely incredible. We did four courses each night and every dish got better and better. Chef was so easy to work with while planning the menu and went above and beyond to cater to two of our guests who were vegetarian. His setup was beautiful and the food portions were big! 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend Chef Pablo Andres!

A flawless private dinner for my Grandmothers 90th birthday at her house! Despite the small size of the dinner party the flavor and service was huge! My family was very pleased .. I highly recommend. Asked about the bacon wrapped smoked chicken lollipops .. you will not be disappointed. Also the salmon and osso were perfectly cooked. The chef and his fiancé/assistant left the place cleaner than our plates. Thank you, Chef… if I’m ever back on the east coast you will be the first I’d call for another private event. 🩶
