Chicago Limo and Car Service is one of my favorite parts of my visits to Chicago. If you are seeking pure professionalism, reliability every trip to the airports, any destination.. you need to get set for the perfect ride! EJ runs a very tight fleet of clean, comfy cars and has the best, most polite, on time drivers!
Why can’t all businesses run in this top form?

I was planning my trip to Chicago and suddenly realized I was going to need transportation from the airport with a stop along the way prior to reaching my destination. I had never hired a transportation service before and was more than apprehensive. I looked at reviews online for a couple services that had been recommended by the hotel I was going to and one had horrible reviews and the other was nowhere to be found. I finally googled best rated transportation service in Chicago and EJ Concierge Ride Inc. came up. I began reading the reviews and was astounded by what everyone was saying. I called to get a rate and EJ answered the phone. He was very patient with all of my questions and coached me on how to complete the online reservation. He offered me a good price including the stopover that I had to make. He even called me back when he saw a missed call from me a few minutes later that happened by accident while I was trying to put the phone number in my phone because he was concerned that I had another question. I received excellent communication exactly as promised when I landed at the airport. From the beginning of my questions to the end of my transportation I couldn't have had better service or felt more safe and well taken care of! It is so hard to find this level of professionalism and consideration for the customer in any business anymore and I am thrilled that I was able to find EJ and his service.

I recently had surgery and was still in recovery while celebrating my husband’s birthday. I knew me driving would be a bit difficult so I booked a car service with EJ Concierge Ride so I could stretch out, be comfortable and add an nice touch to celebrating my husband’s birthday.
EJ took care of us from beginning to end! He was early and made us feel at such peace and ease. We laughed and laughed & had amazing conversation! I had no worries! For example, my husband and I accidentally left our face masks at home and EJ took care of us, giving us masks so we didn’t miss our reservations. Every time I need to book a car service I will be using EJ Concierge Ride!! Look no further!! You get luxury and the Best service ever!!

I have had the pleasure to be served by EJ's excellent limousine service. He is very caring and thoughtful since the first moment you step in the car to the last goodbye where you leave like royalty. He makes you feel welcome and listens carefully to your needs and adjusts accordingly his service to ensure you are having a great time. He is a funny person and excellent tour guide to any destination in the city of Chicago and therefore do not hesitate to call him for a memorable experience.
