Spent 2 weeks at the Oak Brook Marriott for a business trip. The service at check in was quick, efficient and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a coffee machine. The staff at the bar, (which served some meals) were extremely helpful and friendly (shout out to the ever smiling Andreas!) and went above and beyond to make our team feel at home. A good place to stay.

Spent 2 days here at the hotel. It was great. Room service came and cleaned the room and changed the sheets. Our last night there we asked if they could change the sheets cause it was dirty so we left out so they could change the sheets for the second time. We woke up the next morning and my husband broke out into hives all over his body. We put the covers up against a light and IT WAS DIRTY! we took the covers downstairs to the front desk and showed them the breakout. They said they would give us a call once they run it through a third party to see if that was the reason. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL we called up there MULTIPLE times asking for the manager they kept saying she wasn’t up there and when she was she was busy. We even called up to the corporate and couldn’t even give us an answer! He’s still dealing with the breakout and the doctors don’t know what it is! This just shows that they don’t care!

Stayed here after several years and recommend. Since my last stay, it looked like they had refurbished and updated rooms. I had a standard room and it was clean, comfortable and with great sleep quality (9th floor). Staff was very friendly, and when I checked in pretty early given my arrival to the area they got me right into my room. Common areas were clean, and they have a full Starbucks off of the main lobby area. Proximity to Oak Brook Center is walkable.

beds were comfy but fitted sheets.. didn’t even fit? doors to the bathrooms WOULD NOT close, had to literally slam it closed multiple times to get it to close. also had a room for 4 and got 3 towels

If I could give 0 stars I would. They lost our reservation and had no one to help us check in. It took over an hour to get our rooms and they kept going back and forth with the booking platform to make this happen, all at the convenient time of midnight. The room didn’t have basic amenities like body wash and extra towels. The front isn’t interested in helping and it’s a shame bc I’ve had such good experiences at other Marriott’s.

Comfortable, large rooms. We needed some tables in one of our rooms, and the front-desk manager worked with the function hall to get us what we needed. Besides Starbucks or room service, I don't think there's any restaurant available; however, there are many restaurants nearby (and a shopping mall across the street). There is a breakfast (including a make-your-own omelet bar), but it costs something like $20/person. Biggest issue we had is that the rooms were not very bright (we had to use additional lamps).

The outside and lobby appearance is amazing! Front desk staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms are HORRIBLE! If you closed your eyes, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between their rooms and those at a holiday inn! Outdated, cracked structures, delayed lighting and old furniture! Cool for a 1 night stay. If you’re thinking something romantic or luxury, NOT here!

After reading many of the reviews, I wasn’t looking forward to staying in this hotel. Our business meeting was here for the entire weekend and I was feeling a sense of dread. The lobby, bar area, and breakfast area was modern, clean and a delight to be in. Just like the reviews said. The full service Starbucks coffee shop made a great first impression. I still wasn’t lookin forward to staying in my room for the entire weekend. When I opened the door to my room, I was not just surprised but speechless. My room was nothing like the reviews described them. I was walking on brand new laminate flooring. The room had a modern minimalist feel to it. I’m assuming that they are renovating the rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay and looking forward to staying again.
