Place is a joke. All they care about is the money. My daughter was back there crying and my son was back there getting work done as well. When he got done he tried to hold her hand to comfort her and they told him that he couldn't. When he came out and told me I confronted them about it and they said it is their policy for them to hold the child's hands to comfort them. Really?!?! I don't think a stranger holding a kids hands is going to calm them down so I told them they are just as stupid as their policy. My daughter even told me when we left that she don't Wana go back there.

Take your kids here I’ve never ever in my life had the worst pain ever as they fixed in like 2 hours very fast they make it not hurt as much and even let you sleep. PS. Ask for Dr. Ian Reuter and amazing dentist.

One of the best places to take your kiddos. They’re all so mindful and so kind. Specially Ms. Ivette. She always welcomes us with a smile. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond.

The staff is rude to parents and child. My children hated going to their appointment. Found a new dentist I don’t even hear a complaint. Do better!!

Office manager is spectacular! She is professional and kind. The rest of the staff is awful. I was left on hold for an hour and a half. Long enough to actually drive from another county and hand the receptionist the phone while it still played hold music! All 3 children absolutely hated it every single time they had to come. They always complained about the staff discussing how they were ready to go to the bar and openly discussed kids that were “getting on their nerves”. No staff member has ever been pleasant when discussing treatment or appointments. The receptionist needed fired the week she started. She backs up the lobby and NEVER answered a single question when asked. 10 years of using this facility was more than fair opportunity for improvement but it’s steadily declined. No child should complain of pain or come out covered in blood which is what happened every time we used this office. Please do not take your children here!

My daughter had a Cleaning and sealant on her molars yesterday and is still in pain. She has never been in pain after either procedure before. My daughter also said that the lady doing her teeth was very rough. I called the office to see if something happened that I needed to know about (this office doesn't allow adults to be the kids if they are over 4) she has a cavity, but nothing to be this bad all over. My 13 yo daughter didn't feel comfortable here, so we won't be back. And both my kids got candy in their bag with their used toothbrush. Never have I heard of a dentist office giving out candy. Guess they are making sure they get the business back.

They didn't explain what procedure was going to get done that day or how they were going to treat my daughter. They said "we will do the filling today and if we get time w I'll do crowns." But I thought they were going to come get me to notify me about the process. They came to get me from the waiting room when my daughter had silver crowns in he mouth. Never did they ask if I wanted my with silver crowns or white
crowns. I was so upset because my daughter already went through pain of getting the silver. Do not take it kids here. One dentist does like 10 kids at a time. Not paying attention to what is important to the patient. Just come here for regular teeth cleaning. Do not do any of your dental procedures here.
