What an amazing experience here at chima, been here five years and came across this place last minute and wow,so breathtaking. The service was outstanding by Evelyn, we had the chance to talk little with Pedro also. The food is phenomenal. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Alan also which he was so kind to give us a tour of the wine cellar! We are definitely looking forward to coming back and would recommend to anyone who loves great service, amazing food and beautiful atmosphere ❤️

Chima has by far been one of the most pleasant steakhouse experiences I’ve had so far! The choices of meat were vast and delicious, so much so that I wasn’t able to take pictures of it because my mouth was watering so much! The drinks as well as the desserts sent my taste buds to another dimension.
Above all, the customer service was top tier! Hugo catered to all our needs and made sure we were well taken care of! Since it was our first time dining at Chima, he took the time to explain to us how everything worked. Throughout the evening, he was very attentive to us and made sure were were constantly satisfied. Even, the Managers(from what I could tell they looked like managers), came to us to make sure everything was to our liking! Even one server named Pablo, came over to us to ask us if there is a specific type of meat we want to try and quickly had it brought over to us. I know this is a lengthy review I’m leaving here but that’s because Chima deserves it and much more! Whoever reads this must go and dine at Chima and you’ll definitely be satisfied! Also, I didn’t realize there was a specific attire requirement to dine. Even though I didn’t meet that requirement since I was on vacation, the staff at Chima didn’t turn me away and still served me wonderfully as if I came dressed up! Chima is the absolute best steakhouse!

Christiane was our server and the service was beyond wonderful. She truly made my mom's 75th birthday party an experience our family will never forget. It was a magical evening, the staff and management team checked on our table frequently. The menu items were delicious! The salad bar was amazing. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Was worth the long drive. I am looking forward to the next experience.

An amazing addition to the Orlando scene! Atmosphere was great, even being so busy it didn’t feel crammed. Music volume was just right.
Salad area was clean and food was fresh.
Maria our server did great, very attentive. She asked how we liked our meat cooked and made sure the gauchos were aware too. Cocktail was yummy!

First time at this location was to have a quick birthday dinner. I’m not a big meat person, so going to a Brazilian steakhouse was an interesting choice for me. I am, however, a big lamb chop lover, and those alone were worth the price. Upon entering you’re greeted by a waitress, and are seated at a table where your waiter will come out and explain everything. The menus that they have are digital, and an iPad was brought to the table. This is for ordering specialty drinks if you chose to do so. They also have different offerings you can purchase. I hope I’m describing that correctly. I chose to pay to experience all the meat options they have available. My husband went with a more limited selection where he was able to select from the seafood menu. You also receive sides that come to the table included in the price. We had bread with smoked turkey dip, fried polenta, mashed potatoes, french fries and fried banana. I didn’t inquire about other options, but I believe what we received was standard. You are also able to visit the salad bar where they do have some rice and meat options there as well. On the night that I went they had seafood salad on the salad bar

My favorite as I stated above, hands-down, where the lamb chops. I would go back just for the lamb chops! You do have the opportunity to experience, different cuts of steak, sausage, shrimp, salmon, and more. Some of the shrimp we received was a bit overcooked (couldn’t bite them), but outside of that everything else was pretty tasty. You are provided with a token that you flip when you’re ready to experience a new/different type of meat. You can decline if you don’t want the particular meat that they bring to your table.
We also had some cheese that was paired with honey! It was surprisingly delicious.
My waiter was very patient, knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about Brazilian steakhouses.
The customer service was top-tier. It was my birthday and they provided me with a beautiful and decadent piece of cheesecake and made me feel extremely special!

A friend of mine invited me and my family to celebrate his birthday at Chima Steakhouse.
That was not my first time. I had good experience in other visits but this time was a disaster.

Nothing worked. Service was awful, very slow and when I asked the waiter serving the picanha to have a thin piece he did the opposite… a thick piece.
We asked for other meats and took a while to come.
Then, in an attempt to save the day I called the manager that was rude. He didn’t come close to talk to me. Instead, he stared at the other side of the table and asked “what…?”. Unbelievable! Then I asked him to get closer to me. I asked a lamb chops without herbs only with salt and he said in the beginning it would be impossible. The same when I asked the waiter… and then… after I insisted a lot it came the lamb chops.

My friend had more than 20 people celebrating his birthday. Usually the restaurant gives a dessert free of charge. When my friend tried to choose they said it must be the cheese cake, the worse and cheapest dessert available.

I am top 10% Google reviewer for restaurants in the world. This one deserves 2 stars this time.
Unfortunately. I was very sad and disappointed. Hope they improve their service.
They have a good selection of salad, vegetables and sidings. Need to improve their service and variety of steaks

Sandra was our server and she was great, very nice and attentive. Fernando, who brought the best meat, was amazing!! He even noticed that he was the only one coming to our table and he made sure that others started to come so that we were able to enjoy the entire selection of meats and even cheeses! Additionally, when I tried to tip him, he stated that there was no need and that he hopes someone would do that for him to enjoy their entire meal as well. Fernando is a gift and your restaurant is so lucky to have him. Thank you, Fernando! Happy New Year, from the Martels!
