Got a “double steak” bowl for 17 dollars. This location seems to short you on every meal. They scooped out the rest of the steak which was barely one scoop out of the container and didnt give me any more steak. Onto of all of this, they are out of sour-cream at 1pm (they are in a giant eagle parking lot). Will never go back to this location because any time i do give them another chance im disappointed.

This chipotle is awful and there is no other words to describe it. The team here is ignorant, unprofessional and quite frankly they all seem miserable. I’ve been to multiple chipotle locations and have never experienced any of what I have experienced at Johnstown. They are always out of everything. Everytime I go they are out of honey chipotle vinaigrette. This goes specifically with one of the meals - how are you going to be out? This is also something that can be made in house. They were out of two different salsas (corn and tomato) which are probably the two most popular. Cant they make these in house? Is it laziness? Understaffed? Then this is what my sisters bowl looked like. Absolutely ridiculous. These workers are stingy with their portions and when you are paying $15 for a bowl this is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I almost checked the bowl before we left the drive through but was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Please tell me who thinks this is acceptable. All of these other reviews are accurate as to what type of environment and customer service this chipotle offers. Their burritos have at most 5 pieces of meat and that’s including paying for extra. This location needs to get their act together and they need to start making some staff changes. I refuse to eat here anymore.

Ordered from app just days after opening. Received half the portions of any other location in the country. Any other location makes sure the bowl is so full you can barely close the lid. The pictures show this was intentional since it was exactly half full. I travel all over the country, and Chipotle is my favorite. Just not this location. I really hope they can fix this. I waited for years for a local Chipotle.

I’ve been to the Indiana, Altoona, and Greensburg PA Chipotle many times and was excited to finally have one in Johnstown. However, all my friends have said to not go to this location; that the portions are toddler sized and sloppily made. I finally tried them today though and wow, my friends were all right. 😭😭😭

This place just opened Nov 8, 2023. The lines have been out the door so naturally service isn't that fast when they are constantly having to restock the containers and are running out of food. Be patient and kind people.
You can't beat Chipotle for a fresh healthier food option.

Keep coming back and make sure this new location stays in the area.

This chipotle is the WORST! They mess up your order every single time and squish everything together in the bag, forget your drink or just give you whatever one they decide to pick and have horrible attitudes. I understand times are tough but how hard is it to read a drink and pour it in a cup I try to never ever complain but it was unreal how they gave me my tacos today and I’m pregnant and can’t have extra caffeine so I ordered a lemonade and they gave me Diet Coke.

Worst Chipotle ever. The steam table looked like a bomb went off food thrown everywhere the glass was even splattered with meat juice and I mean SPLATTERED. An employee was making himself a burrito and let’s just say it was spectacular compared to the portion me and my wife received. How do I know it was for him? He walked over to a table and started eating while talking loudly in his phone about getting pulled over by the police. No ice in the ice machine for fountain drinks and they were nearly out of everything. Not a good experience

This was my first time eating from this Chipotle in Johnston. After leaving my favorite dentist office there's a smell of chicken in the air which will always make me hungry. I got chicken rice, onions & green peppers and I'm not impressed at all the veggies were not cut up like how I like the chicken all I tasted was the fatty peices I like more meat than fat. Who likes to bite into fat? Not me. The restaurant didn't look nice or homey. Like McDonald's does a better job and you can spend way less. It's sad nowadays when restaurants are shitty and the food was crap. You would think they would offer you better service because they want you to come back. Well I will not be going back to the Johnston Chipotle or any other one for that matter. All set.
