We came to celebrate my mom’s 50th Birthday here. It was a great experience, food was amazing, Dj was amazing, the experience as well. Our waiter Sam was amazing and made our experience incredible. He was very nice and patient with us. I definitely recommend him for your next cruise. We are so grateful for him. He paid our bill for the drinks at the end. He didn’t have to but that was amazing.

We booked the Chicago Premier Dinner Cruise on Lake Michigan. The boarding was timely and well organized. The environment was beautiful, and the observation deck was assessible with chairs to relax and unwind.
The 3 course meal was nice, and they offered complimentary soda. We enjoyed the 2 hrs 30 mins cruise. It was well worth it.

My husband and I went on the Odyssey to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and it truly was a breathtaking experience. Our waitress was phenomenal! From the starter appetizer to the dessert was delicious. At 10:00pm, fireworks were let off on the lake and that was an AMAZING experience. It is definitely worth the night out to see Chicago from a different view.

I took the bottomless mimosa brunch tour. The food was okay, but the view was unforgettable—definitely worth the money! Big shoutout to my amazing server, Sam, who consistently checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. If you're visiting Chicago and want a more intimate tour experience without the crowds, definitely check them out!

We had a great dinner cruise experience. We were upgraded to a window because our table was a bit shaky. Our waiter “Marcel” (so sorry I didn’t get the spelling of your name) he was amazing! We boarded right at 7 and if you board early you’re immediately served. So by the time we left Navy Pier we were ready for dessert! 😉 The firework show was my absolute favorite along with DJ Sky Rocket. He needs his own station on Spotify - fire! Overall a great experience, but because the upper deck had a lot of spider webs on the outdoor furniture (which limited seating for everyone) I gave it a 4/5. Also having some outdoor fans to keep the bugs away would make the experience better. We pulled two chairs closer on the lower deck and had a beautiful view of the city and the amazing firework show.

Our experience was absolutely breathtaking!!! The views of the city, the food, drinks, and customer service were amazing!!!! It is definitely worth the money spent! The DJ played a nice variety of music to meet everyone's needs, and the cruise had enough seating to accommodate all. When I travel back to Chicago, I'm definitely booking with City Cruises Chicago Navy Pier again!!!! ❤️
