We had a very nice stay at City Hall Grand Hotel. It is a very unique hotel with lots of character. It was a city hall that has been turned into a hotel, so there are no cookie cutter rooms. They are all unique. I believe that most of the issues in the bad reviews of this place (no windows, no door for toilet/shower) could be avoided by looking at the pictures of the rooms before choosing one. The pictures and descriptions are quite clear.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfy, and was very reasonably priced. Signs were clear to lead to the room - it can be a bit of a maze! All in all it was a good stay and we will consider this place first when coming back to Williamsport.

This is a fantastic place to stay! It is affordable and in a great location. I love the idea of transforming a historic building into a new use space.

The no hassle of not having a "front desk" is great.

The layout and decor of my room was very interesting and unique. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

The decor in this hotel was amazing. Just beautiful! The beds were huge and comfortable. I liked that it was self service meaning there is no front desk or check in. They text you a code before your stay and that is your code to get it the building and your room. Also, the restaurant/bar downstairs is convenient! We would definitely stay again!

Rooms exude romance and intimacy. Beds and pillows are soft as a cloud. Halls, have great social quarters where friends and individuals can hang out. The hotel's architectural design speaks volumes, ensuring a delightful stay. The speakeasy bar offers convenience and ease, serving drinks and light bites. The hotel's aesthetic appeal and ambiance are truly beautiful. The checkout staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, while the owners are genuinely kind and gracious individuals. Only stayed a night but the room was very nice and has a unique flair to it compared to the cookie cut holiday inns. The cleanliness of the room is where I was most impressed! Did not see any hair in my bed, sink, or shower. No dust or grime on anything. Absolutely spotless. Hotel rooms generally make me feel dirty but this is one of the few places I stayed in my life where I did not have that feeling. Would definitely recommend to others and wouldn't mind coming back either. Always was a big fan of boom city before it moved to the basement so the restaurant and lounge area were great as well!

We had a great visit. We stayed in 101. Comfortable king size bed. Nice open space with open shower.

Wish the room was easier to figure out how to get there.

Main door, down the stairs around the corner to the double doors before the bar, up the ramp to the end of the hall. A outside door is right next to the room. It opens to go to the parking lot. You can get out but can’t come inside.

I had the pleasure of staying here last weekend.
What an Amazing building with such beautiful and elegant rooms.
The details to make every room unique and one of a kind is very cool.
I would like to add Fawn was very kind. Polite and helpful, we seen a few house keepers and all of them were friendly too.
With today world it is so nice to find a great place to stay and know you are appreciated just being a visitor.
Thanks for helping make my Cousins birthday a great day for her.
P.s.- we will be returning and checking out some of the other rooms.

We absolutely love staying here. This was our second time. The rooms are so unique and amazing. Location is a huge plus as we were able to dine at our favorite restaurant downtown and walk a short distance to our room. Highly recommend!
