My wife and I have gone on two hawaiian vacations that we have booked through CK tours. Our first one we actually got married when we were over there. Ken had everything done for us including booking the wedding ceremony. Our first trip was back in 2017 and we just got back today from our second trip (2024) both times everything was done for us laid out and there was no hidden fees anywhere. Ken is always available and responds to emails very quick. If there’s any change in the flights (delays things of that nature) Ken always lets you know. I couldn’t imagine trying to book through anyone else. Ken will always have my business.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of being clients of CK Tours and Cruises for almost 20 years. I will cry the day Ken retires. We have booked every cruise through CK and never once had any issues. We had to cancel one cruise for medical reasons and Ken walked us through the insurance process, quite painlessly. Ken also had our back during the Covid shutdown. We had a cruise booked in 2020 and rebooked in 2021 and finally rebooked and took in 2022. again, smooth as could be. Ken also took care of us for our Colonial Williamsburg vacation on Christmas 2021. there was one little hiccup and a simple call Ken had it all fixed.
I will never use another travel advisor as long as Ken Keefer is on the job! He is simply the best!

I would have given a negative star but that wasn’t offered. Booked an Alaska land and sea vacation that was canceled. Understand the COVID problem. What I don’t understand is not refunding the clients money. After a long process of contacting the cruise line, airline, hotel, etc... found that the money was refunded to the tour director in mid June. Waited over 4 months with no refund. Seems like the only way to get our refund is to go to court. Maybe a civil suit would wake them up. The unwanted negative attention would drive potential clients away. Then and only then would C K tours realize what they did

Ken is a thief. Never refunded money paid for a honeymoon that was booked before Covid and obviously canceled during the pandemic.
