Guess next time I'll schedule a dental emergency like a month in advance, can't believe my dentist actually pointed me in this direction.

This place was amazing! The staff made me feel very comfortable! I was so nervous about getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out but they definitely made it a great experience! Dr.Clark was extremely nice and professional! Once he gave me the iv I went to sleep and when I woke up in recovery I wasn’t in much pain at all. They gave me antibiotics and pain medicine. I am a little swollen which is to be expected but overall I would give them 10 stars if I could! Definitely go to this place if you need your wisdom teeth out! You won’t regret it!!

Wish I could leave zero stars. So scummy.
We waited over a year for a consultation appointment, drove an hour away to the facility only to be told we can’t be seen that day unless we move our appointment back (which we couldn't accommodate). Never even called us to say they had to move the appointment, just told us when we got there…

So now we for another appointment.

The day before the appt, i just get a bad feeling, due to how sketchy everyone had been, so i called to confirm the time (to make sure they wouldnt move out time again) and they told me its a deposit of $1600 to be seen…the day before out appt….even though I have dental that covers 80% and medical that covers the rest….after a year of waiting for a simple consult, to have it canceled after arrived (an hour away) at our appt….then reschedule to tell us the day of its $1600 to be seen.
Yeah no thanks, Dr Clarke can get someone else to buy his boats and vacation home.
Major slime ball vibes at that entire place.

Awful costumer service (receptionist was worse than the DMV customer service) and crooked pricing. Take your wisdom teeth and RUN

Don't know why there's so many bad reviews. They're a high volume office, but if you treat them kindly and with respect, they'll return it. I never had an issue with them being rude or anything. You just have to stay on top of your health, make sure to answer their calls or return them promptly, and fill out any necessary paperwork. Make sure they have the x-rays sent from your dentist office via email as well, since their machines process the x-rays better when it's electronically sent. They had great scheduling time for surgery; I got mine in two weeks from the consult but had the option to get it sooner. I chose not to since my family would be out of town. As I went under anesthesia for my wisdom teeth removal, the nurses and Dr. Clark were all really nice. Dr. Clark put in the IV really well, and it was impressive since doctors usually leave it to nurses, and I usually have problems with my veins being too small. He did it on the first try, no difficulty, and I was out in like 5 seconds. I woke up with gauze, and the next day the nurse called me and checked in. I got antibiotics, hydrocodone for severe pain if I had any, and ibuprofen. They made the process really seamless, which was good since it was my first real surgery. I'm recovering as expected, just swelling like crazy, which is normal since it's a sign your body is healing. The nurse who called made it very clear that I could call the office if there were any complications.

Dr. Clark is a very straightforward guy; he loves talking about Pitt (I happen to go to Pitt!) and so it was a nice bonding experience. The nurses were all really sweet to me.

You can trust these guys with your care! But, you are responsible for your own well-being before and after seeing them and managing your business; as much as they'd love to make sure you're on top of things, they can't, as they're a high volume office. But they do make themselves as available as they can with the limited resources they have to spare for each and every patient.

I see a lot of reviews of people complaining about things however if you read the instructions and the rules of their office you will not be caught by surprise. There are a lot of people trying to get in here and if you do not confirm your appointment you should lose it. There's to many people who no show. My experience was great and I just had 8 teeth pulled today. The staff was exceptional, it was quick, and my stitches look professional. I originally didn't have an appointment until November and I was in constant pain, they told me to call check for cancellations and it took 3 weeks and I'm relieved of that terrible tooth pain. So I am grateful to the doctor and his great nurses.

I called this office to have my teeth extracted. I was in so much pain, i was told 14 months before they could get me in. That is rediculous. I ended up calling honesdale oral surgery i was in for a consultation within 2 days and full extraction 2 weeks later. Making patients wait that long is inhumane! Shame on you clarks!! So happy with the staff and my procedure at honesdale oral surgery!!!!

I had all my wisdom teeth removed today and everything went very well. Dr. Clark and the staff were EXTREMELY nice and pleasant. They make sure you are well taken care of throughout the whole procedure. They made me feel very comfortable when I was nervous. I am very happy that they were recommended to me! 10/10 would recommend. You can tell they care about their patients and that is super important.
