Our son had an 8th grade class trip planned, of course it got canceled due to the pandemic. We got our refund back and it was missing $50. I know their normal policy is losing $50 but it isnt like we personally canceled. So all of the kids that paid all lost $50 which might not seem like a lot but the company made a profit for not doing anything and the kids and families are the ones who suffered.

Cancelled months in advance. Was told I would get a full refund. Didnt. It was 50 dollars short. Edit,,,, son is no longer at the school. So not allowed to go on trip. So ya should have been a full refund. was out of my control
