I had my wedding reception in the Clerestory Ballroom at the Pajama Factory and things could have not gone any easier. The event coordinator, Becca was absolutely wonderful. I did not have to stress about one single thing during the reception. Becca had everything taken care of and was always checking in with the wedding party to see if there was anything we needed. It truly was a pleasure working with Becca and would highly recommend the Clerestory Ballroom.

When we initially booked our wedding here we did so because it was affordable, the venue itself was unique and fit our theme, and the coordinator at the time was personable and responsive. We booked in May of 2020 before the huge rush of wedding cancellations and felt confident about our choice, move ahead a few months and the initial coordinator emails to let us know she would be leaving, but that her contact email would continue to be monitored until they found a replacement should we have any questions. Suddenly we found radio silence from the vendor. From other reviews I understand they did hire a new coordinator, and that she refused to contact anyone. We finally got in touch with the owner, who found that our wedding wasn't even on the calendar for the 2021 date we chose even though we had paid a deposit and signed a contract. We eventually found out that they actually lost our contract. At just around a year out and hearing about the rush of weddings for 2021 we panicked, luckily the date was still open and we were able to snag it. Eventually they hired another coordinator and we had very little contact with her, and it wasn't until the week of the wedding that she actually started acting like somewhat of a coordinator. When we tried to make the final payment, they would not let us use PayPal as we had done previously, and still insisted we pay the credit card fee when paying with a check. I mailed them a check as they insisted it was a better paper trail, only for it to be lost somewhere and have to write out a new one the day before the wedding. The coordinator never asked me for the info of my other vendors, always made it seem like she was doing us a huge favor when she was actually just doing her job, and wasn't personable towards our guests. We were promised the moon at Clearstory and it was never given. They really need to work on communication with their customers, need to update the men's bathroom, and work on paving the parking lot. Many updates we were promised in the beginning were never completed by the time our wedding came.

Part of a wedding party that had confirmed with Clearstory not once but TWICE only to have them drop all contact with the bride 4 months out, forcing her to find another venue last minute. Do not recommend.
