Stayed in the 3 bedroom presidential rooms in the Oaks. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The view was gorgeous. The only complaint is that everything is an "extra" cost. The activities aren't overly pricey but sometimes it feels like you are being nickled and dimed as a resort guest.

We visited in the shoulder season just before the leaves turn colors. The resort is very kid friendly with lots for them to do including daily activities. The main pool has an awesome water slide. We stayed in a Sycamores building on the second level of the West Hills area of the resort. The 2 bedroom condo was clean and spacious. However, the decor was late 80ish but the furniture and bedding was in very good shape. We had a great view from our condo. It was a great base camp for our area adventures. All the staff we encountered we very helpful and friendly.

Well let's start from the beginning. It's a Wyndham timeshare. Do not go to a presentation from the salesman! It's a complete rip-off and they will lie to you! I promise. We bought into it about 5 years ago and I can't wait to get rid of it before I retire. It's a beautiful looking room however in November it's about 90° in our room and we had to turn off the heat and open up the rooms windows to cool it off. The gas powered fireplace does not work. The TV that's supposed to be hooked up to a network does not work. You can watch cable but you cannot do any internet streaming or watch anything over the Internet. This place is very outdated.

Beautiful area, surrounded by Fall forested trees on drive to Stowe. Great view from a spacious 3 b/rm unit. Restaurant on campus, Hearth and Candle...delicious!

Great place to vacation with children!! The location is beautiful. The pools are well taken care of and there are tons of family activities to stay busy with right on site. The condos are in a bit of disrepair. We had to move rooms due to a clogged sink from the previous occupant and the unit we were put in was in need of repairs as well. Overall it is a good place to vacation

Rooms depend on what building you are staying in. Of course the older buildings, the rooms aren't as nice, but they are closest to most activities, in what's called the main village (lots of activities during prime season). Newer more deluxe rooms are in West Hills or the Northern Hills sections. Free shuttle to where you want to go within this resort. Service is usually very good, sometimes due to lack of help things can be delayed a little (as with almost anywhere nowadays). Beautiful salt water pools, many free activities, others can have a cost. We love going to the comedy show, always a great main comedian, $15 per person. A few different restaurants on the premises, including one upscale restaurant, one more family oriented, pizza place, Ben and Jerry's.
Many activities for teens in the teen center.
I think possibly 2 lounges on premise. So many offerings during prime season... very little to do in the off season!
We have never been in winter, just not our thing.... resort is pretty much secluded, wonderful restaurants heading towards Stowe. Our favorite is an upscale Italian Restaurant, Trattoria La Fiesta, which has the best food, owner is always on premises, great waitstaff, beautiful gardens in the summer.. it's always our one very special night out.
