Positive: Even though the young lady at the front desk was a new employee, she was very nice. Negative: I specifically asked for a non smoking room for health reasons and our room reeked with the smell of smoke. I didn't like how people had clothes hanging outside over the rails. Quite an eyesore

Hotel was pretty gross, even for $75. The room reeked of weed. The sink was not clean at all and the faucet was covered in what appeared to be (I hope) dried toothpaste. There were Goldfish crackers in the trash bag and scattered around the room so it obviously hadn’t been vacuumed. The floors were dusty and sticky and hadn’t been mopped. The pillows were tiny and the pillowcases didn’t even look clean. The door would not lock at all unless you absolutely slammed it shut and it still felt like a strong push would have opened it. The secondary lock didn’t work at all. The shower was gross. The towels were tiny and didn’t look or smell clean. There was mold on the ceiling. It was probably the worst motel I ever stayed at but the location was convenient.

Positive: Very clean and quiet. We are in the back rm 134. So we are not bothered by street traffic. Negative: Didn't particularly appreciate the laundry lady banging on my door even when I said very loudly I was coming. When I opened the door found out she couldn't hear me because she had headphones on and I could hear her music playing. Grrr!!! Negative: ""

didn't care for the bed woke up with my back hurting but beds are subjective to the person. the hotel was pretty quiet despite having people all around my room. Room stays pretty bright even with the curtains held shut by a clothes hanger. It was so bright you could take a picture and not have to use the flash. the shower water pressure was ok water temp was good but the shower head stubs straight outta the wall no extension pipe so as a 6'0 man i had to bend down to wash my hair and pretty much use a splashing at the back of the tub to get my body wet. room was a decent size however and i haven't seen any bugs so that is a plus

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I have never left a bad review before this stay and I'm 49 years old. The room was not cleaned before our arrival. There was urine and hair on the toilet, I had to clean hair, bugs, and dirt from the tub before showering (pic w napkin is everything I cleaned out of tub). The bathroom door would not close and had hair and dirt all over it. Tub was stopped up. Shower rod was falling off wall and the shower curtain wouldn't stay pulled across it due to this. So had to shower with the curtain only covering 1/3 of the shower. Water got everywhere because of this.Sink had dirt and hair all in it. There was toothpaste spit sprinkles all across the bottom of the mirror and backsplash of the sink. The ice bucket had alot of roach droppings and hair in it. Roach droppings and hair on the ice bucket tray as well. Dead bugs in the tub, sink, lamp, and five dead roaches on the floor. Floor also had alot of dirt and debris on it. Microwave had alot of rust- but also had food splattered across the back of it. And yucky stuff all over the outside of it as well. Fridge had gross stuff that had not been wiped out. Bedding was dirty and had holes. There was a bullet hole in the window and a bunch of dead flies on the window sill. Pillows had so much human fluid on them they were pure yellow. The room reeked of cigarettes. The office chair was broken, ripped and dirty, bathroom vent covered in mold. The pictures I'm adding don't begin to show what was actually there. It was way worse but you can't see as much dirt in pics. I watched the cleaner cleaning other rooms. She did change bedding out with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth (but hey- at least I know my sheets were probably changed), swept, and took a cleaning rag in to clean but failed to take any kind of cleaner in. I guess when she had cleaned my room before my arrival she forgot to take the cleaning rag in all together since nothing was wiped down at all. The front desk did great because when I showed them my pics and told them how nasty it was they refunded me and let me get out of my reservation early. I told them i didnt want to stay there. They did not give me a hard time about it. If there was a star to indicate negative numbers that's what this room would have gotten for comfort and cleanliness. Spend an extra 30 or 40 and go somewhere that actually has someone that cleans your room and that you aren't afraid to touch everything.
