Great room at a reasonable price. We arrived much later than we expected, around 1am, and we were still greeted with a friendly smile. The room was really nice, we stayed at a different motel in the area a few years ago and our expectations were fairly low. However, the room we had at the Coachman was freshly renovated and was clean from floor to ceiling. Everything felt fresh and new from the sheets to the bathtub. We had a wonderful and peaceful night's rest. When we come back to Waldron in the future we will absolutely book a room here again.

For a 1 start motel this is a rather nice place. No frills, friendly service. And they didn't try to charge $800 per night during the eclipse! Thank you!

This is my second time to stay here. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. Yes my room this time had a cigarette smell when you first open the door but after while you don’t smell it anymore. The staff is very accommodating. I would recommend anyone to stay here. There are also places to eat and a convenient store close enough to walk to.

It's a clean place. We are riding a motorcycle and stopped in for a night. $95.00 is outrageous. It's a Tuesday night, so I know they are not booked up. I guess since we used cash, instead of one of the apps, we got ripped off.
Oh well, at least we have a roof over our head, water to bath with and a bed to lay on.
We won't use this place the next time we motorcycle through.

Unfortunately, other patrons staying made it feel like a dump. If you don't mind cigarette and weed smell in the non smoking room then this is the place for you. Definitely drug activity in the rooms and parking lot the 2 nights we were there.

The room itself, they updated with new flooring, paint and sink counters/toilets and if it weren't for the smell it would have been a much better experience for me personally. Air filters do need to be cleaned in air/heat units. Satellite tv did go out for a while, but there was a big storm so to be expected. Very friendly owners. There are a few stores in the area, though it is a SMALL town in the middle of nowhere.

The front desk girl was kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms are updated, but done cheaply. It's clearly a1 star hotel and nothing more. The beds were comfy and clean. They obviously have long stay people living there and I'm guessing the owner, and front desk girl live there as well. My only real complaint was the flys. They were all over the place. 20-30 dead on the floor, plus another 20+ flying in the room. They were all over outside the place, on the walls and doors and impossible to keep out of the room.

Location was a lil awkward but the room made up for it. I like the wood floor look over carpet any day plus it's easier to clean, bed was comfortable or more then tolerable to sleep on but I should have brought my travel pillow but the pillows there was ok, room over all was clean but you could tell someone or some people smoked in the room which is a shame for the remodel work that was done but the room didnt smell of smoke so maybe that had been a long time ago. But I'd stay again if ever working in the area again
