These guys are jerks. After watching us completely set up our spot the guy comes over and says he asked us to move, (which he didn’t) he’s seen us set up here every day this week and never asked us to move. There are no people in the chairs behind us and haven’t been all week. It was noonish before we even came out here. Also, we are a good 20-30 feet from the chairs behind us and set up low, not blocking their view. See pic of his retaliation.

Dakota was of great service assisting us with our beach chairs & umbrella throughout BOTH our stays in June & Sept. We were super happy to see him again on our Sept trip as he was amazing! Super accommodating! We hope to see him again in 2024! We love him!

I recently stayed for 2 weeks at Gulf Crest Condos. I’ve been coming there for 15 years. I have never had a more pleasant visit from 9/9 to 9/23. We had a beach attendant by the name of Dakota, sorry I don’t know his last name. His demeanor and customer service to all guests was outstanding. You should be proud to have him on your staff. I hope he is there at Gulfcrest next year when I return. Sandy Pendley

We stayed at Pelicans Walk June 5-12, 2021. Leighton Wines was our beach attendant. He was the hardest working attendant we've ever had and we've been staying at Pelicans Walk for many years. He was early to work and had the chairs and umbrellas up early for us early risers. He was friendly, courteous and an overall great person to depend on. He was a great example of good beach service. I would hope he would be there again next year but understand he has college on his mind. He should do great in whatever field he decides to pursue. He was a wonderful representative of your company.

We stayed at Pelican Walk and had the best umbrella/beach chair experience we have ever had in PCB. Leighton was amazing!! Five stars for this kid. I like to be in the shade and my friend prefers to be in the sun. Leighton made sure to adjust my umbrella anytime he noticed I was no longer in the shade. Hardworking and very personable. 10/10 would rent feom Leighton everytime!!!

This company is normally great when it comes to beach chairs. However, this trip to Coral Reef, there is no one available. I’m not the one to normally complain, however, I waited all afternoon to rent chairs, for $160. I was told, chairs would be set up and ready to go for me the next morning. I called the number listed for CPI, just to see if they were short handed, or if something was going on. The lady that answered was very rude, and basically just said, we don’t have anything to do with that. Then why is the number listed? At 10am, we took matters into our own hands. I had to grab my own chairs and umbrellas. My brother and sister in law joined us, and also wanted to rent chairs. We grabbed chairs for them as well, and never saw anyone. I don’t mind setting up my own chairs. I’m also willing to pay, what I consider good money, to have the convenience. However, when you’re told chairs are going to be set up for you, and you have customers willing to pay to rent chairs, but no one there to take your money, or help you, it’s a bad look, and very unprofessional.

We rented chairs from Ashley down at Twin Palms/Ocean Ritz! She was so nice! We also rented a pontoon boat for a day based on her recommendations and our family had a blast! It made our entire beach trip!

Ashley is definitely an asset to your business! She is fantastic!

The beach service has been great in the past, and I don't know if it's a different company or just different staff (in the past Dusty was always taking good care of all the customers). I mean all we want is a couple of chairs and an umbrella in the sand that we paid nearly $200 for. But the beach staff said they were told by their manager to not raise the umbrellas due to the wind. Yet the condo next door and the ones to the South have had their umbrellas up all labor day weekend without any issues. I have tried calling the company (coastal parasail Inc) but they keep giving me a managers number that doesn't work anymore. We do love this condo, but we're too old to stay out in the direct sun all day, so from now on we will be booking the condo next door where the umbrellas have been up all weekend and they are using a different beach service company.
