Absolutely disgusting. The smell of mildew - or whatever it is - holds a barrier around the outside of the whole place...you smell it as soon as you get out of your car (and i bet i can smell AND taste it for days). TV does not work. Lamp does not work. Old, stained towels. Looks like they're doing "construction"...I dunno. Worst hotel/motel/inn/hostel experience fathomable. This place should be condemned.

There was certainly some effort put into this place, but unfortunately it was not enough to make the place feel clean or welcome. The whole place seems to need a major over haul. The bed covers had stains on them, the sheets and pillows had hairs on them, there were bugs in the bathroom, the vanity was falling out of the wall, the furniture is well used and beat up, and the blinds don't really cover up the window all the way. On the positive side, everything in the bathroom worked, the temperature and humidity of the room were very comfortable, the fridge worked, and the front desk lady was kind. The room as a whole was functional. I'm not mad or even upset by the experience, but I had to really ignore a lot of things to not feel completely grossed out when going to bed. I think this place has a lot of potential, but it's definitely not there currently.

The front desk lady was nice. You can tell that there is some effort put into the place, but unfortunately overall it's just really not great. Bugs in the bathroom, hair on the bed sheets and pillows, stains on the blanket, and the bathroom vanity is about to fall out of the wall. The room temperature/ humidity was actually pretty good so there's one other positive. The place has potential, but it's just not there right now.

I'm so glad that I chose to stay here long term. The monthly rate is great and the room is comfortable and clean. The hot water in the bathroom is great. The Block Out Blinds really work well. My 2 yr old grandson and I currently are staying here. I appreciate all their services. I might be here for a while. Thank you to all the staff/owners!

First of all the the carpets were gross. I didn't even want my dog to sleep in them, I wanted to cancel but when I booked it it said non refundable SMS I was super tired. So I laid down. I listed the covers and the sheets were stained I'm on side of the bed. So I laid in the other side. The y try v is from the 80's. But they did have DISH. So I watched tv and fell asleep. I didn't bring anything into the room because it was gross. So I'm the morning i I figured id shower the bathroom was fairly clean. It has a retro look. But when I went to shower the water Disney work. So I Left a note at the front desk. She called me back and I explained that I didn't even shower because I had to go to work. Which was like 45minutes away and I still had to get to a gym to shower. But the end of the conversation she was screaming at me in the phone like I was one of many children running around at this motel.. because they lived there. She also said that this wash one of their very nice rooms? What? I walked my dog C and there were potholes all in the back and lines 6 mattresses stacked against the building. I mean I wasn't expecting much but I was expecting the shower to sit least work! At any rate this ended with me calling the building code people! They are in multiple violations and I don't know who governs motels but they should have to comply with the same regulations as air bnbs do. It was Horrible the door jams were busted out. I actually felt like No try man was going to show up. Needless to say I didn't sleep well either.

So, oh man.... dead bugs along the walls of the room on the floor. Large spiders in 2 of the corners of the rooms. The bed was not fully made, which made me question if it was cleaned at all, felt that the floor needed to get vacuumed desperately. The bathroom shower needed a big cleaning or make over, the bathroom door would not shut. The light switch was basically the rooms electric breaker so if you tried to turn off one light everything in the room shut down. There was no tv to watch or wifi to use. (Had a fat back tv in it still lol). The lobby was a smokers room, no breakfast offered here just a heads up, better off going to the gas stations down the street before you come here. Fridge was nasty, don't store anything in it. But hey for the price its okay!!! and pulse the staff was very nice!

I used Booking.com to find this property...it was located close to where we needed to go in upper NW Pennsylvania...
I thought wrong. When we arrived and entered the motel it smelled like cigarette smoke. I have an allergy to it and so is my son. I thought I would give it a chance and asked to see both rooms before committing to the stay.
The first smelled like smoke, The second room had a dirty wash cloth still in the bathroom, and someone's deodorant was on the floor. It also smelled like cigarettes.
I thanked her for showing me the rooms and informed her that we wouldn't be staying. She got angry and we left.
As soon as I got in my car I canceled my rooms per the instructions on booking.com, she, however, decided to go ahead and charge my debit card for the FULL amount for a stay that never happened.
I did not stay at this hotel, I told her that I was allergic to the smoke and we couldn't stay there. I was CHARGED anyway. She did it out of spite. It has been a.Nightmare to try and get any kind of refund.
Finally, I was able to get only HALF of my money back. Booking.com called the property and that's when I got half back...Don't give this property your information until you make a decision and are sure about your stay...
I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone...BEWARE!!!
