Do not book any vacations with this agency. The owner Julie is very rude and condescending. She has no customer service skills and does not communicate effectively. The itinerary was changed for my trip to Greece and she did not tell me. Her excuse was that she did not have my email address. She definitely had my email address when I paid my deposit. This is just one incident out of many.

I needed to coordinate four domestic flights for three different people.
When I spoke to the person the first time I explained all of this, she told me to email her my itinerary and what I needed and she would email me back.
I never received an email back, so I called her a few days later.
Then she told me it would cost me $25 per ticket and that I could look it up myself on the airlines website.
I already knew this, but trying to coordinate 4 flights for 3 different people at 2 different airports and a rental car, all to the same destination, but with different days was challenging.
She made it clear she didn't want to be bothered, since it wasn't a resort destination that would pay her.
So I do not recommend this agency.
We are looking to go away, out of the country as a family this Aug. guess who I am NOT calling to book it!!!

I have booked two very important international trips through this company and they have delivered great customer service. The second trip is still booked and we haven't gone yet but my agent worked very hard to get us the location we wanted within our budget. I'm sure the 2nd trip will be as good as the first.

Very weird. A woman answers the phone with attitude and asks if she can take my name and number and call me back. I said sure and wait for her to continue speaking and she says rudely “and YOU are?”. I gave her my name and number and she doesn’t say thank you, I just said ok well bye and blocked the number. I’m not trusting you with my travel needs.
