Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Stay at This Hotel!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn others to stay far away. From the moment I entered my room, it was clear that the hotel is not properly maintained. The room had a strong, unpleasant musty odor, suggesting poor ventilation and possible issues with dampness or mold. To make matters worse, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable—grime around the edges, stains on the walls, and a general sense of neglect.

The breakfast was another major letdown. The hotel served jams that were not only expired, but also visibly moldy. I cannot believe they would allow food of this quality to be served to guests. This is not just a minor issue; it's a serious health and hygiene concern. When I reported these issues to the staff, I received no proper response or acknowledgment, which shows a lack of care for guest safety and satisfaction.

The overall lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and disregard for guest well-being makes this hotel a place to avoid at all costs. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation—this hotel is simply not worth your time or money.

This hotel is well located and well priced. It's showing it's age, however no issues that I could see. Front desk caucasian male was extremely helpful on the afternoon of the 16th. The breakfast was awesome with Eggs/bacon and all types of juice. Go early to miss the lineups. If you need room service, you need to ask for it. Very quiet area too makes sleeping easier.

We stayed in Room 407. You could see daylight between the exterior wall and the through-wall heating unit. We put a towel on the gap to help seal it up because the temperature was in the teens. The room was fairly clean, but very beat up. The door to the bathroom needs to be replaced. The breakfast was no good. The waffle batter was watered down. Everything was sub-standard. It looks like Comfort Inn will be off our list of acceptable hotels going forward.

We had our reservations canceled at another Choice Hotel. Vanessa was so nice about getting us a room at 5am in the morning. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Also, Diane, Vince and Raji helped with our stay for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was great! We had our 2 dogs with us too. Clean rooms too. Thank you for making us comfortable! We definitely be back.

My experience at this Hotel is Perfect from Checkin to Checkout, front desk Available 24 Hours and they Do serve Hygiene and Hot Breakfast With Good number of Varieties Including Waffles, Scrambeled eggs, Boiled Eggs, pork, and Oat meal too. and the Front desk Staff are Very Good and Attentive.

A very positive experience, starting with the friendly and professional desk clerk. Hotel was very clean, with unfussy decor. My room and bath were immaculate with great towels and bed linens, comfortable bed, responsive HVAC and television controls, micro-fridge, in-room coffee. Plenty of outlets and lights. Breakfast was basic (waffles, bagels, bread, hot/cold cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt) and the spacious area was well-maintained. Parking and access to hotel were easy and its location is perfect for all kinds of shopping and dining. A serious plus for me was a great restaurant - right across the parking lot. A change in plans and adding a night were efficiently taken care of, again by great desk staff. Rate was reasonable. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend.

This place Is very close I-79 and very much accessable. Good Stay , Good Breakfast, decent Prices and better service and very Welcoming front desk Staff, had Lot of Pateince to explain me How the AC works when I called the front desk from my Room.

I have to say the housekeeping was not a good experience here. Not to be picky 🤷‍♀️
My husband and I were expecting to have a clean room. Other than that... everything else was descent, and the first breakfast in a long time put out plenty of options 😊
