The carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The toilet handle has to be pushed and held down until what has been deposited in it has gone away. While I was sitting on the bed eating, a roach was crawling on the floor. When I got up, I moved my bad from off the desk, and a roach came from under it. They need to have an exterminator do a thorough extermination of the property. I was there for a basketball tournament and purchased 3 rooms. The sheets on one of the other rooms had red stains on the sheets. I informed the front desk clerk about the issues and he just wrote the room number down. No compensation for our unclean stay at the property!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant Surprise and Exceptional Value!

This Comfort Inn near Mount Joy turned out to be an unexpected gem during our car trouble-related detour. After a previous disappointing experience at a Motel 6 late this summer, I was initially hesitant about booking a last-minute stay. However, from the very first phone call, I knew this would be different. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in explaining all our options for accommodation.

The property exceeded all expectations. Our room was part of their newly renovated spaces, and the quality was immediately apparent. The entire facility, including the pool area, showed meticulous maintenance and care. What particularly stood out was the caliber of service from every staff member we encountered. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was not only polite but also remarkably prompt in addressing any requests.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and our stay was so pleasant that we decided to extend it for another night. A standout feature was their breakfast service - something that often disappoints at similar establishments. Here, it was exceptional. The food was consistently fresh with regular replenishment, and the dining area was kept impeccably clean throughout the breakfast hours.

What makes this property even more impressive is the fantastic value for the rate they charge. For the quality of accommodations and service provided, the pricing is more than reasonable. This Comfort Inn has definitely earned a spot in my contacts for future stays in the Mount Joy area.

If you're looking for a reliable, clean, and well-maintained hotel with exceptional service and great amenities, I highly recommend this location. It's refreshing to find a property that consistently delivers above expectations across all aspects of the stay.

SPOOKY NOOK athletes and families....find a better place, one where the pool isn't dirty, hot tub closed, and odd staff watching people in the pool from the windows! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Lititz...or ANYWHERE but this run down place.
Thought this was a decent place to stay at first. Then come to realize that they don't know what they're doing when it comes to running a hotel or completing a renovation. Paying for a reservation and then having it canceled the same Day is insane. Not giving a reason is also insane, especially because I was here for 7 weeks over the holidays and nothing was ever said. Now there are baseless accusations and I have a stellar record with choice hotels that I WILL defend.
Few things to note. Listed as a pet friendly hotel, however, grounds are not maintained and there is no pet waste receptacle. So watch where you step! Only 1 waste can outside so there are cigarette butts as well as screws and nails EVERYWHERE. Manager doesn't understand how to effectively run a hotel, is reactionary rather than pro active. Overall just rundown and grimy with no recent improvement.

Positive: Even though it's right by the interstate it's actually pretty quiet. The beds were comfy and we liked that they had eggs and sausage everyday. Negative: No we enjoyed staying here

The experience was bad the room layout was comfortable but dirty linen shower curtain yellow and dirty washcloth were dingy as if they cleaned surfaces and returned to guest use as I continued to check the back pillows case were yellow and not a clean scent the mattress protector had blood on it ,fitted sheet as well dirty so I just use the flat sheet and the quilt . I travel a lot and in every hotel I check in I do the same check everything
. Friendly staff need to organize themselves to detail these rooms and bring them up to PAR.

This place had the worst costomer service i had ever experienced in my life time a am a honorably discharged 0311 united states marine . I made a (from what ive been told common ) mistake being that i accidentally booked in lancaster county when i thought i was booking in lancaster california i informed both the property and booking .com minutes after the reservation was made and not only did they not refund me , not credit my account, or offer any kind of assistance what so ever all i got was a F^€£ you have a good day better luck next time !! So i got charged never stayed and was completely ignored do not come to this establishment

Public Jacuzzi was not operative. Room heat was off when we arrived. Outside temperatures were 29 degrees upon arrival we had to wear coats in our room for 4 plus hours for heat to make room temp comfortable.

Room reeked of mildew, wife almost had asthma attack, front desk relocated us to another room with excuse not an apology that they would spray more to cover smell but the spray makes more people sick than the mildew smell ?

Staff was nice, food was ok, pool area was cold due to public smoking area attached and traffic in an out.

The hot tub was not in operation when we were there and that was one of the main reasons we chose that location. Was very disappointing. Also, the entire second floor smelled like Marijuana and it was horrible. Smelled like it at night when we checked in and smelled like it in the morning when we checked out. Breakfast was mediocre. The highlight was a blueberry waffle. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were horrible and very flat. Vending machines were either not working, mostly empty or extremely overpriced.
