I recently stayed at Comfort inn and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Jada at the front desk, and she was absolutely amazing. She made the check-in process seamless and took the time to ensure all my needs were met. Her warm and friendly demeanor really set the tone for my stay.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I woke up feeling refreshed each morning. I also enjoyed the stunning views from my room, which were just breathtaking.

The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the restaurant, where the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Jada truly went above and beyond, offering great recommendations for local attractions and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

I stay at this hotel for an extended period each year, and the staff is always exceptionally polite and welcoming. Among them, Tim stands out with his outstanding dedication and professionalism. Every time I arrive, he has my room key ready, making check-in effortless and seamless. His attentiveness and efficiency make me feel valued as a guest.

Tim is always there early in the morning, diligently ensuring that everything runs smoothly. I often see him hard at work as I walk through the hallway on my way to breakfast, and it’s evident that he takes his job seriously. His commitment to excellent service is truly commendable.

Beyond his work ethic, Tim is incredibly helpful and approachable. If you ever have a question or need assistance, he is always ready to provide guidance with a friendly and professional attitude. His dedication makes my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the effort he puts into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

This place is absolutely amazing—10/10! I’ve never stayed somewhere where everyone was so wonderful. The customer service is outstanding. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel, and within 5 minutes, the shuttle arrived to pick me up. Check-in was quick and seamless. My room was clean and quiet, exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Harrisburg!

Great place to stay prior to early morning departure from mdt. The employees at the front desk were extremely helpful. The shuttle service is perfect and they only $5 per day to leave car. Return trip was late getting back due to delays but they still picked us up at airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very accommodating. Made me feel like family. Felt right at home. I got the best sleep here. Slept like a baby. I think I’ll return soon to reminisce on just how great of an experience it truly was. My favorite hotel. 5 star service. Kind people.

I travel a lot for business and I've been to hundreds of Hotels over the years. I am sorry, I was a bit late upon arrival, but the young lady at the reception desk took care of my quickly.
Room - Clean. Shower - Perfecto! Bed & Pillow - Slept like a newborn 🙂

A cool crisp night and I set my room temperature just right I believe I was given Room 319, top corner.
I am sorry, I skipped breakfast, because I came equipped with my special smoothie.

Too bad I did not have swimming trunks, but I did enjoy the dumb bells for about 20-25 mins and took it to my room.

Star Rating - 10/10.
If I am in town for business or Hersey Park pleasure, I know just where to stay.

This hotel is really convenient to get to the airport. The staff is great and helpful. My was just under 4 weeks. The rooms were comfortable. The major downfall of this hotel is it is literally the worst WIFI of any hotel I've stayed in since hotels started having WIFI. In my room, I couldn't keep a consistent signal. I would be on my my cell making a call, and it would cycle on and off several times. It was the same with my laptop. To get a reliable connection with my laptop, I had to connect an ethernet cable to it and the wall.

Sometimes an employee can make or break an experience. Ashley made my experience at this Comfort Inn from the moment I called for help to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. She gave perfect directions and then drove the shuttle to pick me up. She went out of her way to make sure I had all I needed and experienced the hotel’s name, Comfort. But it was not only her, my bed and pillows were suuuper comfortable, the room was VERY clean, down to the details (I’ve been in several hotels lately that that is not the case) and the lobby was well kept also. The young lady who was over the breakfast was super sweet too. I’m sorry I forgot her name but she was the only one working the breakfast 11/21/24. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Ashley for top notch service both working night shift front desk and driving the shuttle.
