We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Briarsdale Rd on our way from FL to Canada in March and we loved our one-night stay. The price was very reasonable. The room was clean and had every comfort of home. The queen beds were comfortable. The attention to detail in the room and bathroom was impeccable. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast in the morning. We will stay at this location on our way to FL next time and again on our travels back to Ottawa. I highly recommend it.

This hotel has truly become our home away from home. We visited our children for Thanksgiving and had a very positive experience during our stay. We booked the queen suite on the second floor, which was impressive. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. Most importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable.||The staff at the hotel is exceptional—accommodating and friendly. The manager is especially welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided a great selection and was very satisfying.||We have stayed here many times now and have enjoyed a wonderful experience each time. The location is also convenient; it's close to stores and restaurants, as well as to my family. Overall, it was a delightful Thanksgiving stay.

Very friendly staff. General Manager Vinay Sharma was very friendly and spoke with the guests at breakfast and took away dirty plates. The breakfast was very good. Oatmeal packets, waffles (4 small ones), scrambles eggs, sausage links, apples, dry cereal (Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes), yogurt, muffins (wrapped), danish (wrapped), bagels, english muffins, toast. Bed was comfortable. Room and hotel were clean. Receive 2 bags of snacks at check in and acknowleged I was a Rewards member.

Found this place while looking for an overnight stay in the area. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted and checked in quickly. The place was very clean and smelled so nice. Went up to our room and it was so nice. We were upgraded on this stay and were very pleased with the room. The bathroom was a real nice size. The room itself was quite a nice size and a very large TV. The small kitchen was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable. The heating worked great!! The breakfast in the morning was just what we were looking for. Very good coffee too!! All the employees we met while there were so very nice and polite and helpful. The manager in the morning was so very kind. We were thanked on our checkout which means a great deal. We will definitely keep this place in mind when in the area again. Thanks to the entire staff.

I booked a room for my elderly father and myself, requesting a first floor room. I received a call from a man at the hotel confirming we would get a first floor room.
The morning of our travel, my father woke up with double pneumonia. I called the hotel at 6am, a second time at 8am and again at 1pm to speak with someone about perhaps rescheduling our stay. The telephone just rang and rang, no answer each time. I can see someone was away from the desk perhaps at 6am, but no answer all day I also called the following Monday at 11am. Again the telephone rang and rang, no answer.
So much for their loyalty program full of unmatched benefits and unforgettable moments.
Poor professional standards and accountability to say the least.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. There was a snow/ ice storm and I needed to stay near my work that night since I lived far. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable . Very quiet . The temperature settings in the room worked very well. The staff were very very friendly! Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The place is extremely clean, it smelled clean, the room was very nice, the location was perfect, the price was perfect and the breakfast was much appreciated. They had scrambled eggs, different types of toast, sausage, waffle maker, orange juice, apple juice, milk, cereals, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea and more, plus a nice lounge area to enjoy the breakfast in. They did it right at this location, and we will be back.

My family recently stayed here for a couple nights during our visit to Hershey and had a great experience! Our room was clean & spacious & check in/out was a breeze! In fact, our overall experience at Comfort Inn was miles above the 5 star hotel we stayed at in NYC in the days following. This room was such a fantastic value & we would absolutely stay here again.
