The people that work here are the best and so nice and helpful. Felt like I was staying at a small family owned hotel. When I got there I was having a lot of issues checking in because my company messed up my reservation and they were nothing but helpful and sweet. I could not recommend this place more. Quiet and no issues with noise breakfast was really good and it was very clean. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Very good experience at this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with cushy beds and nice pillows and linens. Staff is helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was nice and included a waffle machine for making your own waffles, a couple hot items like scrambled eggs and sausages, and other items like cereals, breads, yogurt and fruit. This hotel has a nice indoor pool and it was toasty warm in the pool room during our visit in November so bring your swimsuit! The hotel is modern and attractive with plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

The bed is as hard as a rock. The pillows are tiny and give little to no support to the back & neck. Awful night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to get a good night's sleep. The shower had very little water pressure and did not drain properly. Not worth the $$.

We had a very nice stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The room was very quiet, the staff was friendly, and all in all we were pleased. The breakfast was simple, it was probably the only area that might benefit with increased staff attention. We would stay again when in the area.

Love this place. Spotless and well-managed. Extra long, warm pool in a warm pool room. Close to amenities, freeway, Wegmans.

Positive: The staff was exceptional, Hotel employee was very helpful and took care of all our needs. Rooms were very clean and neat. Negative: The rooms are a bit smaller than I like, but fine.
