The check in process was very quick and easy. The staff that we interacted with was pleasant and friendly. There are many food choices in the area so grabbing a bite to eat is simple. The breakfast in the morning was on par with most other hotels and had a good selection of things. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Traveling from Canada to SC with an electric vehicle is not a good idea…so when we found ourselves stranded, Raymond at Comfort Inn was friendly and accommodating! Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!!

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn several times over the years, always booking remotely with no issues. At this visit 1/21-1/22 we discovered a significant amount of black mold in the bathroom and a filthy bathroom fan. When brought to the attention of the staff, they told us maintenance would be contacted after checkout and that they would do nothing to compensate us, due to our remote booking, despite having side effects of the mold and coughing all night. Very frustrated, and will not be staying again.

Nice hotel, nice staff, clean room, hot shower, (failed in the bed department- too hard ). Breakfast was the usual instant eggs, waffle machine with ham or sausage yogurts, bagel etc. coffee and tea 24 hr and cookies at the front desk. Outsides needs some work but insides much nicer. Quiet place recommend rooms away from 3rd street end of hotel facing the front. Plenty of food options within walking distance and shopping center next door.

Comfort Inns are usually hit and miss, and this one happens to be a hit. This one basically is up to Holiday Inn Express standards but is a lot cheaper. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and there was complimentary hot breakfast. Had a pleasant stay.

Clean, spacious rooms with beds that have a firm, supportive mattress. Located near several restaurants and taverns within walking distance, too! I do knock off one star because the jacuzzi in my room was out of service. It would have been nice to know that before I walked into it, but that might not have been something the front desk was fully aware of.
